“We went into the store after viewing a particular chair online that we were interested in. The salesman was very helpful, but we are disappointed that the price the very next day was $100 more. While they will price match for future sales, they wouldn’t match the price from the day before that got us into the store.”

“This is the best store to buy home decor, frames, crafts, sewing supplies, hobby items and more. I literally spend no less than one hour every time I visit the store. They always have the best collection of holiday items and gifts and the prices are unbelievable.

“They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.”

“i had the most impressive experience at the Sterling, VA store. I needed to return a product, and I had thrown away the receipt. Laura, had such incredible patience with my situation. She tried multiple ways of locating my credit card. I led her on a wild goose chase, thinking I had bought it in the store, and as it turns out, I bought it online! “At Home has a variety of decor, household needs, and indoor/ outdoor furniture. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are few staff members on the floor of the large facility. The few staff members there are busy stocking the showroom and operating the checkout kiosk. Usually, we've one or two working.”

“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”

“Decided to visit old town, Manassas during my staycation and walk around (I live close by but never think to go walk around and enjoy the sites, restaurants and stores until now). Stopped into Calico Jack's to look around and was greeted by one of the staff members named Kristi. She was welcoming, personable and kind. They didn't have my size in some of the T-shirts I was interested in, but Kristi offered to order my size in any T-shirt I was interested in. I put in the order, and it was ready 5 days later. Was greeted by a young male staff member when picking up the T-shirt. He as welcoming and nice. Very good customer experience visiting this store.”

“If you’re looking for a furniture store that has a carefully curated selection of high quality leather sofas, this is the perfect place.They carried well known brands that are difficult to find in store, and many of their offerings are customizable. The staff is friendly and thankfully doesn’t hover. Because I have cats and don’t know how they react to leather, I opted to have a trial period with a cheaper sofa first. However, I will be coming back to purchase once I confirm my cats leave leather alone!”
