“I brought my family to Reston for lunch and shopping, they traveled 6 hours. We stopped into the Kendra Scott store and I must say the staff here made all of us feel so special! The Manager Bri went above and beyond. They brought us snacks and drinks. We left with customized bracelets.”

“This store was a pleasure to work with. From our salesperson Ramez to Marwin in customer service, the support was outstanding. If I had to do it again, I would make all my purchases at Bob's. As important as the quality of the furniture is and finding items that meet our needs, the customer support outshined every other store we dealt with. This includes stores that were much more expensive than the selection at Bob's. I would take customer support and service and rank that as #1 when making future purchases. Thank you Bob's and staff for making the shopping experience seamless. Other stores in Virginia need to take a lesson from you.”

“Didier Jean , DJ, is very knowledgeable and very helpful. My design task was difficult and he was able to create several viable options that were very nice options. He was attentive and patient, it took over an hour to finish the visit. The showroom is gorgeous with many modern, fresh ceramics, porcelains and marble. Do not hesitate to request DJ or visit this upscale showroom at Floor and Decor. Apparently there are only 4 in the United States and we are lucky to have one here in the DMV. I drove over from Georgetown- well worth it for this free design consult”

“We went into the store after viewing a particular chair online that we were interested in. The salesman was very helpful, but we are disappointed that the price the very next day was $100 more. While they will price match for future sales, they wouldn’t match the price from the day before that got us into the store.”

“I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Marina’s exceptional service. She was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the process. Marina made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and welcoming with her professionalism and attention to detail. I can’t recommend Ashley Furniture highly enough, and if you have the opportunity to work with Marina, you’ll be in the best hands possible. Her outstanding service, expertise, and genuine care made this one of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve ever had.”

“Love, love, LOVE Trace! It has soooooo many products for refill, from grocery dry good, to spices, cleaning supplies, and even bath & body products. It’s so nice to be able to get this stuff without the extra packaging and get exactly how much I need. Plus it has so many other amazing eco-friendly items! And the owner, Mala, is so nice and helpful. This is an awesome place in the DC area, and everyone should check it out!”

“The quality of the Ethan Allen mattress is well beyond my expectations. The mattress is both sturdy and comfortable - exactly the right level of firmness I need. And, the delivery service was professional, promptly on time, and very careful maneuvering the mattresses through my house.”

“The best experience I've ever had with purchasing blinds. I was skeptical about not going to a showroom first like the old days before COVID. Turns out that was a waste of time I was doing in the past. Nathan had everything in his vehicle and knew absolutely everything about windows and blinds. He was a huge help. The removal of the old blinds and install of the new went great. I won't hesitate to call them in the future. BTW, I purchased the bottom up, top down cellular shades. Very nice!”

“This place is awesome! We love visiting to explore the wear house for unique and interesting pieces. We found two great finds (a lamp and end table time) last time we were there, which are perfect for our space. The table needed love and the Furniture Rescue team did such a great job we almost did recognize it when we picked it up. They are upcycling really cool things at a very reasonable price! We will definitely be back!”

“We finally were able to furnish our new home and were fortunate to have the guidance of Lauren Maroney. She went above and beyond our expectations to help us transform our house into a home. Lauren clearly loves her job and assisting her clients and we could not have chosen better pieces to complete our living space without her. We recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a top notch designer and service.”

“This is the best store to buy home decor, frames, crafts, sewing supplies, hobby items and more. I literally spend no less than one hour every time I visit the store. They always have the best collection of holiday items and gifts and the prices are unbelievable. Christmas is always my favorite time to visit because of the holiday decorations they have available. You won’t find things like this anywhere else ?”

“Clearly experts in their field. A wonderful learning experience with special attention to detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and precision! There aren’t many clock repair shops with this level of knowledge—and expertise. Highly recommend Donny, and his team of specialists who have experience in all time pieces including antique grandfather/long case clocks. You will receive outstanding customer service, fair pricing, and the knowledge required to service your clock, and maintain it in running condition. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!”

“If you’re looking for a furniture store that has a carefully curated selection of high quality leather sofas, this is the perfect place. They carried well known brands that are difficult to find in store, and many of their offerings are customizable. The staff is friendly and thankfully doesn’t hover. Because I have cats and don’t know how they react to leather, I opted to have a trial period with a cheaper sofa first. However, I will be coming back to purchase once I confirm my cats leave leather alone!”
1100 W Church Rd, Sterling VA 20164
“They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.”
12211 River Rd, Potomac MD 20854
“This is my favorite shop- there’s new trinkets and decor every time I stop by and I love all the many many animals I’ve purchase here. (Porcelain Rooster, turkey made of vegetables, chicken, sheep, bunny, crab, deer - too many to name) and not so secret hot tip but they have the most fun holiday decor in town.”

The store is well organized, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for, whether it’s decorations, rugs, or furniture pieces. I especially love the wide variety of styles—they have something for everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall shopping experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend At Home to anyone looking to upgrade their living space or find unique décor pieces. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“i had the most impressive experience at the Sterling, VA store. I needed to return a product, and I had thrown away the receipt. Laura, had such incredible patience with my situation. She tried multiple ways of locating my credit card. I led her on a wild goose chase, thinking I had bought it in the store, and as it turns out, I bought it online! She did finally find the transaction on the credit card I used. Appreciate the fact that she was determined to help me return this item. Very customer service oriented! Thank you very much Laura.”

I highly recommend this store and I highly recommend speaking to Cristina. She is amazing!!!”
