“Had to come here since one loudoun store shut down. But i got the help i needed. :)My black WiFi modem i got in 2021 was apparently causing issues with getting signal, so i reached out to Customer service and they told me to get a replacement box ( which was the new white pretty one) told me to bring back my old equipment and got sent off. Now i have great signal and I'm content. :)I'm sure the 1&2 star reviewers just wanna make workers look bad, when they're probably the problem. Yelling at the staff isn't gonna solve anything just an FYI”

The manager, Joe, was absolutely amazing - he helped me through the phone set up, knew all the tips and tricks needed to get my account connected easily, and even installed my screen protector (no bubbles!!).
