“I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store, thanks to Tony. I had a complicated line transfer issue, and Tony spent several hours patiently working through it with me until everything was completely resolved.
He went above and beyond to make sure the transfer was done correctly and also helped me find a better setup that saves me money every month. I really appreciate his patience, effort, and willingness to stick with the problem for hours instead of just giving me a quick answer.
