“We were in town from Chicago for the National Speech and Debate Tournament in Richmond. My son (and our teammate as well) placed second and received a VERY large trophy that we could not pack in our suitcase. A great problem to have but I was nervous about it being shipped and getting lost or damaged. Well, the three employees working there around 1 pm on Saturday were absolutely WONDERFUL and took such care in custom packing the trophy. One gentleman crawled into the box to make sure the packing was secure on the bottom before putting the trophy on top. Truly went above and beyond. It arrived today in perfect condition. I’m so grateful. Highly highly recommend!”
“I've been to this location several times. The staff is friendly and helpful! They have a kiosk for people that have a prepaid label or QR code, which I've used a couple times. The store is spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this location!”

“The plaque I ordered looks great. The quality of the piece shows that the shop cares about producing well-made work. There was a bit of a bobble in the communication of when the piece would be ready. I was told 5-7 business days, and I called on the 7th day to find out when I could pick up the plaque. They then said it would be an additional 3 days. I explained that the new timeline would not work. They finished in 2 additional days instead. The people working inside were polite and nice. I spoke with the owner after I picked up my plaque, and we covered both the high quality of the work and the mistakes in communication. The issue was resolved, but there was additional stress for me that should not have happened.”
