“Johnny hooked it up! Needed rust spots fixed on my hood & rear hatch, plus a dent pulled out of my bumper. Johnny, true to his name, was less than half the cost quoted by both Dorn’s and Caliber. He only charged me for the hood and hatch, painted the bumper he fixed on his own, and buffed my headlights. Incredible value. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Not enough stars! Our client advisor, Ahdy, was the most helpful and non pressure sales associate I have ever dealt with. We had been searching for a GV80 since the summer of 2025, and I had been to Genesis dealerships all over the DMV area, but we came back to Richmond because of the professionalism and desire to go above and beyond. After driving our GV80 home in June 2026, we heard a noise and took it back. Joe, the manager, rode with me and heard it as well. They gave me a loaner car and kept ours until it was rectified to everyone's satisfaction. The staff here goes FAR beyond what is just needed to make sure you are completely satisfied. “Needed some body work on my brand new truck after an old man side swiped me in DC. Saw the great reviews for Alvis and liked that they were an independently owned family business in Chesterfield for decades.
The quote process was honest and friendly. They walked me through the parts needed and scheduled me quickly. It took a few days longer than expected and the only slight knock I have is a little better communication for delays.
Picked up the truck and it looked amazing! I was worried since it was brand new, but they took care of as it was their own and I couldn’t be more thankful.
Overall a great team of folks and great work. Meeting the owner (Amy) at pickup was a great experience! We will certainly use them from here on out.”
“I have had multiple soray in bed liners done herd along with a couple of accessories. They do very professional work - you simply will NOT het a better job done anywhere on a soray in bedliner! Most of all they're friendly (treat as if theyve known you forever vs places right down the road who want your money, then rush you out the door) n fair on prices. I needed a custom trailer for my pizza business, and they were able to work within a constrained budget and still built a quality trailer and were able to make suggestions and improvements to it that I hadn't even thought of. All under a reasonable time frame. My only complaint is that they tend to be a few weeks to months out for bigger jobs.”

“Between my daughter and myself we have used Flemings 3 times over last few years after car accidents they were friendly excellent prices work with my insurance company could not ever tell cars were In accident and quick repairs unless you had to wait a few days for parts didn't have to call them they reached out letting us know how the work was going we even stop by and spent little time watching repair to make sure it was to our satisfaction hope to never need them again that would mean we being in another accident lol but if it happens they would definitely be the 1s to do it”
