“Inventory could be better. Worker stated w.e boxes the open that day or night is the only thing counted for, when there could be more there in the back.
Sometimes a customer is coming in the store and knows exactly what there want and are looking for.
The way most of the northface store operate the same way, outlet or not. And that's a problem. Food those prices put everything out and don't destroy the boxes.
Put more Inventory out especially footwear. Please get it together!”

“It’s that time of you summer stuff is in sale and winter stuff is being added to the shelves.
They have a great selection of both men’s and women’s clothing for all seasons currently most of it is 50-60% off. They have a little random camping stuff and shoes, it’s harder to find the common sizes of shoes as this is an outlet store.
There are two to three Clearance racks in the back of the store that have items 70% off. Don’t forget to look there for a great deal.”

“Not sure what all the comments are talking about. I went in over black Friday weekend, where it was super busy. You'd imagine employees would be stressed out, careless, and perhaps even rude, but that was simply not the case. While looking for new shoes, I was helped by a young woman named Mashia, who took the time to help me locate the perfect fit for me. I was also offered service by a young man named Jordan. When I went to the checkout, everyone was smiling and talking to eachother. The young lady who helped me, Ariana, was very nice and quick. Other names I remember talking to was Ethan and Jimmy. “I needed new shoes and I went to foot locker cause I went to nike,addidas, and puma but none had a shoe I liked. Thinking I was picky I went to foot locker to check it out and I saw these air forces and I was like WOW!, I checked the price and i was like WHAT? ONLY 90 bucks so I bought them they fit just right. I really recommend foot locker no other store had good shoes at low prices.”
“So I moved to Stafford and I used to go to their store in Falls Church. I'm so glad they have this drop off location in Woodbridge. I wish they have a store here but upon talking to Jen, she said they can add anything to my order before I pick up my racket so no need to travel to Falls Church. I LOVE THIS!!! The drop off is a UPS store, which is better than fighting the traffic back and forth to Falls Church, just to get my racket restrung. I definitely recommend them if you want quality and great service, it's worth dropping off your racket to them or if you want to go to their store in Falls Church. Either way, best service, fast turnaround and knowledgeable team. Oh and FYI, they have tennis balls!!!”

“Omg Skyler and Fransisco where amazing to me and my friend we had bought a fishing rod and went all the way to colonial beach and the rod would work! Well at least that’s what we thought. “Sports Plus had great customer service when I ordered my son’s school tee-shirts and sweatshirts. We received our order with a shirt missing and the wrong type of long sleeve was suppose to a sweater and not a long sleeved shirt.Informed them of my issue and they responded and resolved the issue by expediting the correct items. “The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. But please beware when you purchase items. Look at them first. My son and I went to exchange hoodies & pants yesterday. Somebody had spilled coffee on some of them, some had foundation like from them trying it on and dirt as if it was on the floor. This was done by trifling customers not by their employees. I've never seen this ever going there before. And I go to the store quite often as my son play sports. But other than that everything was excellent.”

“My mother was in need of new work shoes. We actually went into the mall to go back to ASICS. Where she had previously found shoes that she had loved. But to our findings we saw that ASICS had permanently closed in the mall. Searching around from Nike,champs, rack room shoes etc. we came across Famous Footwear. Which we were greeted by as soon as we walked in! Which was very delightful. Jonathan helped us find the shoe work section. He as well let us about the deals they had going on. As we tried on shoe after shoe. My mom just couldn’t find one to fit. But Jonathan came back and asked if there was any need of assistance. He helped us find not ONE but TWO shoes my mom found very comfortable that she could use at work and maybe a pair for everyday activities. It’s hard finding good customer service these days.
