Somehow the groomer managed to trim all his nails without upsetting him too badly. They worked slowly and didn’t force him when he became anxious. I could tell they had experience handling difficult dogs instead of just rushing through appointments. There was a small mix-up with the pickup time, but they apologized immediately and offered him water while we waited. Very patient staff overall.
