6320 Springfield Plaza, SpringfieldI genuinely can’t thank this animal hospital enough for everything they did for my dog (Tyler) over the years.
I’ll be honest — there were times when I wondered if they were pushing me to spend more money or do tests that were really necessary. Looking back now, I’m so incredibly grateful that they did. One of those times was when they encouraged me to get bloodwork done while we were trying to figure out what was going on with Tyler’s teeth. That bloodwork ended up uncovering health issues we had no idea were there, and because we found them when we did, we were able to treat and manage them. I truly believe that gave me more years with my baby, and there is no amount of money that could ever compare to that.
They also recently started offering a payment plan, which I really appreciated because veterinary care can obviously become very expensive, especially when you have an older dog with ongoing health issues.
What I appreciated most was that I always felt like they cared about Tyler. They picked up my countless phone calls, always got back to me, answered my questions, and never made me feel like I was bothering them for worrying about him. And when Tyler became very sick and they recognized that there were things they might not have the resources or answers for, they didn’t pretend otherwise. They advised us to take him to his emergency vet at Dr. Kilrain’s office so he could get the care he needed.
They showed Tyler so much love throughout his life, all the way until the very end. Losing him has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through, but I will always be grateful to this team because I genuinely believe their thoroughness gave me more time with him.
Thank you for taking care of my little Tyler, for taking me seriously when I was worried, and for giving me more years with him than I may have had otherwise.

Imani, the practice manager, is an absolute LEGEND. She knows her stuff, and will go above and beyond to help with the paperwork and make sure everything is taken care of. The vets are also great of course, but if I had to travel again I would 100% trust Imani with the crazy process. You can’t go wrong with using this practice.

One of the things I appreciate most about Dogtopia is how easy they are to communicate with. They are responsive, respectful, and so accommodating whenever I need to make a change or have a special request. That kind of communication gives me so much peace of mind when I’m away from my dog.
But what really stands out is how much they genuinely love Gatsby. It’s obvious that they care about him and treat him like one of their own. 🐾❤ They do an amazing job caring for all of the dogs, and I always feel confident knowing my dog is in good hands.
Dogtopia has made boarding so much easier for us, and I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful care they give my dog. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place where their dog will be safe, well cared for, and truly loved!

They actually cook and serve ramen for you, which was an unexpected but amazing addition to the heavy BBQ! It perfectly balanced out the meal. Ended up having a very satisfying, filling dinner. I’ll keep this place in mind whenever I want a solid KBBQ night with a great noodle finish.

The Perfect Pita

To say our guests loved the food is an understatement! By the end of the night, they were literally arguing over who was taking the leftovers home. 😂 That says it all!

Even with the new management, it's great to see that they've kept the same menu and, most importantly, the same amazing food we've always enjoyed. The last time we visited, the restaurant was pretty busy, so it took a little while to place our order, but once we did, the food came out quickly. I ordered the bún chả Hà Nội, and it was absolutely delicious--fresh, flavorful, and just as comforting as I remembered. I really appreciate seeing this place continue to thrive, and I'll definitely keep supporting this great establishment whenever I'm in Springfield. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic, consistently great Vietnamese food.

These two very friendly ladies (L+K) cooked me n my sister up the best Colombian food I can say we've had. Try the empanadas. 🥟. Good selection of drinks n they were kind enough to bring the food out to my car quickly before I even had the chance to go back on in proper. Like the Terminator will be back n anyone else wondering y'all go on ahead n git some.

I will say due to my dietary restrictions, I did have a limited amount that I could enjoy however that is on me and not on them at all as they are my restrictions and I chose to come here. The continuous samples on the belt have a good variety and were replenished instantly. I will say I didnt take much off of it due to not knowing what was in it, however for someone with little to no restrictions, this is absolutely wonderful. Only $30/ per person for around 1.5 hours is AMAZING. You will eat your heart out before the hour mark
