They always groom them exactly the way I ask them to and the results are always super cute and very consistent. I also like the fact that they text me as soon as they're done so I can run over and pick them up instead of leaving them there all afternoon. I'd highly recommend Pet Star to anyone in search of an excellent dog groomer.

Several years before, they’d taken good care of our guinea pig as well so in an urgent situation I knew this was the place to go. The vet nurse and vet were very kind, alleviating nerves while providing information in a way that was easy to understand. We received a card after we put our bunny down and it was such a kind gesture. Our pets were in good hands here!

Alpha Animal Hospital
11725 Lee Highway Ste A15-C, FairfaxMy family and I are so extremely grateful for the loving care provided by Alpha Animal Hospital to our beloved fur baby, Dax (Daxie) throughout the years. We first took Daxie there soon after we adopted him back in 2011 and never went to anyone else, until we moved away from NoVA and had to make one ER visit locally. But, we still intended to take him to Alpha Animal for regular / non-ER visits - no matter the distance because they are that awesome. They never rush you through your appointment, they take their time with you. When he was diagnosed with diabetes over 5 years ago, they were patient with the many questions we had. Sadly, due to sudden/worsening health complications, we had to make the difficult and heartbreaking decision in July to help our 15-year-old Daxie transition to his next journey. We will never ever forget his phenomenal doctors (Dr. Segl and Dr. Kreher), vet techs and staff (Deb, Travis, Malina, Eva, et al.) that worked with Daxie over the years. We are forever grateful to them. We highly recommend Alpha Animal Hospital to all.

They are incredibly reliable and in tune with the animals. When my active 4 year old had CCL surgery and needed specific exercise routines, our walker Martin followed all instructions perfectly and was a huge help.
Ginger loves Martin and gets very excited every time he comes to walk her. And Martin loves her just as much, he is kind and truly loves dogs, He also provides detailed summaries and photos after every walk.

You can even buy a 1/2 cup so you can taste them all! The staff, including Genevieve, are eager to help, friendly, and clear the tables off frequently. Too bad they only have food trucks (and not an in house restaurant), but at least you can bring your own food. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating and a calendar of events (live music, trivia, etc).

It’s a relatively new establishment, but it’s become a staple restaurant for our family as the food is consistently delicious and the service is always friendly and accommodating. The majority of Nalak’s dishes can be modified for spice level and to be vegetarian, and there are many options for adults and children alike. I am obsessed with the drunken noodles (extra spicy!) and Thai green curry, but their drink menu also has me constantly coming back for more. If you are a matcha fan, the ceremonial matcha drink list will guarantee a return visit! Highly recommend Nalak Thai as the best Thai food in Northern Virginia!

Open environment and plenty of opportunities to snuggle, pet, and play with cats and kittens. His dreams came to life here! He is already asking for the next visit :)
