“I could not have found a better car for a better price, let alone better people. They made my very first car purchase a breeze. Having saved up some money I went looking for Ford Mustangs, and despite finding a few vehicles I kept coming back to the results for this dealership. Joanne answered all of my questions without delay or hesitation, and even took the time to take down my contact info to put me in touch with Bill later that day. I came down and looked at the two Mustangs on the lot, one of which I immediately knew I wanted more. Bill was very kind, polite, and patient with me and my mom (who used to own a blue Mustang like the one I bought from Bill) as we test drove and discussed the vehicles. Bill made very generous offers as we discussed the price and I happily drove the blue Mustang off the lot the same day. A small issue with the thermometer housing happened later that night and no sooner had I notified Bill that he immediately began working with me to resolve the issue (I should add he had absolutely no obligation to do anything, and yet he generously did so anyway). They put a lot of effort into ensuring you have a good experience, and that you are satisfied with your purchase. I hope to work with them again sometime.”
