“I recently purchased a vehicle from Colonial Hyundai, and I have to say, the service I received was exceptional from beginning to end.
I walked through the doors with a great deal of anxiety about the entire car-buying process. However, I’m still amazed at how that anxiety slowly disappeared because of the level of care, professionalism, and hospitality I experienced from the moment I arrived through the completion of the sale.

Together, Milton and Greg made what I initially approached with angst into an experience I can honestly say I’m grateful for. They both demonstrated that excellent customer service isn’t just about making a sale—it’s about making the customer feel respected, informed, comfortable, and confident in their decision.

I'm giving this a 4 stars for the time being because I am scheduled to have a couple of things tweaked which I believe are outside of Milton and Greg's arena, however I have placed my confidence in their oversight to carry this through to completion. I'll be back with an update soon.

“The staff I spoke with was very nice and respectful. This was my first time doing a 20k-mile maintenance as a new car owner, and I chose this shop because it’s close to my home and very convenient.
They were transparent about the services and pricing, which I appreciated. Since I don’t have much experience with car maintenance yet, I preferred to have a professional handle it.
Afterward, I did more research and learned that some of the services (like the cabin air filter and basic maintenance) can be done more affordably on your own. Overall, I had a good experience, but the cost felt a bit high for what was done, which is why I’m giving 4 stars.”

“I was online screenshotting a friend about this business and I just had to write something. This gentleman has twice given me the best deal ever and he’s just a great guy! I bought a cover that snaps in 2002 when I bought my truck. It lasted about 22 years, then the snaps became too difficult for my hands and I lucked out and got a great deal on a Velcro type cap for my long bed truck when I rolled on in there a couple years ago to inquire what a new one would cost. Don’t even bother checking elsewhere!! He will do the best he can for you!! I hope you see this and I appreciate you!! ☺”
“Purchased a few vehicles from this dealership in the past. Numerous issues with the service department. Also had a bad experience recently with the group of sales people inside. Guess I wasn't dressed up enough. Never judge a book by the cover.

“On 3 June, I brought my Buick Encore in for a service appointment. Although I arrived early, I was greeted and processed right away. They asked if I was waiting and was told exactly how long the service treatment would last. I had the works fuel saver, multipoint inspection, the battery, brakes, and tires checked. The most basic services were combined with a Comprehensive Vehicle Preventive Maintenance System to help avoid costly repair bills. Everyone at the service department was pleasant and professional. “I could not have found a better car for a better price, let alone better people. They made my very first car purchase a breeze. Having saved up some money I went looking for Ford Mustangs, and despite finding a few vehicles I kept coming back to the results for this dealership. Joanne answered all of my questions without delay or hesitation, and even took the time to take down my contact info to put me in touch with Bill later that day. I came down and looked at the two Mustangs on the lot, one of which I immediately knew I wanted more. Bill was very kind, polite, and patient with me and my mom (who used to own a blue Mustang like the one I bought from Bill) as we test drove and discussed the vehicles. Bill made very generous offers as we discussed the price and I happily drove the blue Mustang off the lot the same day. A small issue with the thermometer housing happened later that night and no sooner had I notified Bill that he immediately began working with me to resolve the issue (I should add he had absolutely no obligation to do anything, and yet he generously did so anyway). They put a lot of effort into ensuring you have a good experience, and that you are satisfied with your purchase. I hope to work with them again sometime.”
