“The experiences I have at this location are top notch each and every time ! The staff are very helpful and welcoming, especially a woman by the name of Brenda. If you have experienced this location , you probably have noticed Ms. Brenda. Today George helped myself and Ms. Brenda retrieve a juice from the top shelf that we could not reach due to height lol . George was more than willing to help us . This location also has a lot of minors entering into the workplace. I love that the minors are also given training on customer service and from experience , are really respectful!

“This Target is a massive, solid one-stop shop. It features a full grocery section and all the household essentials you could need, which makes it incredibly convenient for knocking out most of my shopping list while my car is plugged in at the Electrify America station outside.

I especially like the convenience of having the in-store Starbucks. It’s the perfect place to grab a coffee before starting my errands. This location is well-organized and somewhat easy to navigate even when busy. There are plenty of other restaurants and shops within a short walk if you finish your shopping early. It’s definitely one of the most efficient Target locations in the area for a productive afternoon.”

“Great location and easy to find. This TH Maxx is located inside of Federal Plaza shopping center.

This location has a lot of unique items to choose from. I usually find something on every visit lol!. The staff is friendly, the store is always clean, and orderly. I like this location over some of the other TJ Maxx in the area.”

“I especially like this particular store because I find rare soccer jerseys of teams that I wouldn't necessarily find in other stores or sports store. I was able to get this jersey for my nephew. See picture. This was right during the Xmas and holidays rush, the store looked in order, aisles were clear. I didn't see clothes on the floor. The men's section was orderly as you will see in picture. In most part I find what I am looking for. Just one note and I understand why it has to be done this way, is that the restrooms are now locked and requirena code, which you either ask the theft prevention staff on the floor or cashier or any of the staff. Just keep that in mind and this can become a bit of a hassle if if you have a small child who needs to urgently use the restroom, as you will have to locate a store staff on the floor. But besides that, my overall experience has been positive in most part.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Customer Service – Chase Saved the Day!

I had a really great experience at the Target on Leesburg Pike in Falls Church thanks to an employee named Chase.

My wife and I were there picking up our son’s baby formula (Target is actually the only place around us that consistently has the one he needs) along with a few snacks. When we arrived, my son’s favorite soccer ball accidentally rolled out of the car and fell straight into a parking lot drain.

Naturally my son was pretty upset, and I thought the ball was gone for good.

Even though it was late in the day and the PML wasn’t available, Chase took the time to go in the back and find a grabber tool that could reach down into the drain. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor about the whole situation.

Thanks to Chase, we were able to retrieve the soccer ball (it definitely needs a good wash now, but that’s a small price to pay!). More importantly, my son didn’t lose his favorite ball.

It may seem like a small thing, but Chase really went above and beyond and made our day. Customer service like that deserves recognition.
