“Cool place with lots of international options. Yes, many of the options are expensive because of where they are coming from, but it’s hard to find a lot of what they offer. Layout is good and gifts are a plenty. Staff are also very nice.”
“While they had exactly what I was looking for (the perfect striped outdoor cushions), I needed 2 sets, and they only had one. Even sadder, when I asked them to check other locations for a second set, they CAN'T!! They have no inventory system, apparently. I then called 9 other locations without success. I appreciated that (it appeared) every store went to physically check, but did they possibly just miss it? Now I'll have to return the one I bought as I can't use only one. Four stars for helpful staff, but epic failure at the executive level!”
