What really stood out was how quickly the team responded once the issue was raised. Michael, the owner, personally came out within an hour of the email being sent to ensure everything was addressed and resolved. He was also very knowledgable about all the products i purchased and persoanlly helped set everything up and then walked aroudn to make sure everything was installed properly. The responsiveness and commitment to fixing the problem immediately made a big impression. The remaining items are already being scheduled for completion, and overall the installed blinds look fantastic. Despite the hiccup, the level of service and accountability turned the experience into a very positive one. I would confidently recommend them for both product quality and customer service.”

CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
