“I had an issue with a shipment, and TJ did a really great job helping me figure out what happened to my package. He even tried to help me get a refund, which I believe I was entitled to. Although UPS ultimately didn’t approve the refund, TJ did everything he could on his end to support me and provide great customer service. I really appreciate his effort and dedication in helping me resolve the issue”
“I have been a customer here for a couple of years. It gets busy and the area for customers is a bit cramped once that happens. I have had a few experiences with unprofessional individuals on the staff, however, the majority of the staff are pleasant and congeal. There have been ones who seemed a bit “short” with me. Everyone is prone to having an off day, from time to time. I give people the benefit of the doubt once. After that, I just avoid them.
I do enjoy the fact that my packages are always secure and stored with care. I have always received my mail, and have had it forwarded to me when I’m in Sweden, when I needed something important from the box.
All in all it’s a good little spot for basic mailbox, printing and shipping services.”

“Came here to do amazon drop off; staff was really nice. Also ended up looking to buy a computer which was in stock. Staff was friendly and professional. Their store had plenty of supplies in stock. Ultimately I had to go back and return the computer for a different non-Staples related reason, but the staff handling the return was also friendly and professional. This staples is conveniently located within walking distance from the potomac yards metro stop.”

We needed to ship five boxes across the country ahead of a conference and coordinate having them held for pickup, which could have easily been complicated. LaShawn made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful over the phone, followed up with clear and timely emails, and made sure every detail was handled correctly.
What really stood out was her follow-through—she personally called to confirm the shipment arrived, checked on the pickup, and ensured the return shipment went just as smoothly. That level of care and communication is rare.

“Honestly, this place is the most reasonable for shipping items at the moment. I tried USPS and Parcel Plus, USPS was twice the cost to ship and Parcel Plus was 25% more expensive than the UPS store. Additionally, the other places had much longer lines. The UPS store was not only the least expensive, but the service was much more efficient.”

“It’s always worth the 2 hour trip from MD to here when Victor is the one manning this branch. He is very efficient but I feel bad that he’s doing everything , from the Intake , to all the paperworks, even handling all the boxes etc.
He’s holding that whole operation together by himself everytime I go there and this is my fifth visit/shipment
Also, They’re finally accepting air cargo again! I came here two weeks ago & the lady working then was a bit inconsistent and honestly, a little dismissive. She said she couldn’t process air cargo and told me to come back when Victor was back
She also mentioned she wouldn’t even be open today, even though their site and posted schedule said otherwise. That ended up being a wasted 4-hour round trip! I even called multiple times in the days before driving there, but no one picked up.
The 4 stars are really for Mr. Victor, that man’s holding this place together and have shipped my packages successfully so please be patient when you go!”

“I’ve been using Parcel Plus for years and always appreciated the service and friendliness of everyone I encountered. But this past experience went so above and beyond that I had to write a review and thank Mozique in particular. I dropped off a package on Wednesday night to be mailed Priority for tracking bc I was mailing my son’s passport for his upcoming trip. On Friday morning, I went to pull up the tracking and it still said, “Awaiting Pickup”—what??! I called Parcel Plus in a panic worried it was still sitting there or worse lost/stolen. Mozique looked up my transaction and tracking and said he needed to investigate more and would call me back. Now I’m really panicking! He called about 20 min later to say he’d pulled up the security camera footage and saw that USPS had picked up my package but they must not have scanned it. Most people would then say, Not our fault, good luck! But Mozique said, I’m going to call USPS and find out what happened. Later that day, he called me back to say it was in Merrifield and that the tracking should update soon. I was relieved to know someone had found it in Merrifield but it was still frustrating that the tracking said “Awaiting pickup” as of Friday night! I paid extra for the tracking for a reason. The next morning before I even hit refresh on the tracking, Mozique called me to say the status had updated to “Out for Delivery” between 9 am and 1 pm. I was so thankful! He kept checking on the status and calling me with updates, which is way more than USPS or another packaging place would do. Thank you so much, Mozique! The Belle View Parcel Plus will have my business for as long as I live here!”
“For those who dont know, you can drop home school printed curriculum and they will bind it for you for $5 a book. The service was promoted and the print shop customer service was awesome!”

“I needed to last-minute print some itineraries for my best friend's bachelorette, which I was worried wasn't even possible. Huge relief that I could get them printed same day!!! Jarett (I hope I'm spelling his name right!) helped me over the phone and then, in the store, made sure the double sided design was aligned before printing all of them. And then he helped me figure out how to use the paper cutter so I could get it all done in the store (wanted to save money by cutting them myself lol)!!! Just super appreciative of how clear and kind he was-- that was the smoothest part of a very long day!!”
