“Adrian was incredibly helpful with my complicated Amazon return yesterday. Amazon shipped me two items, one came in a box and the other came in a plastic bag - and Adrian was familiar with how Amazon returns work - and he was able to help me navigate the return so I could get it done. Taking care of business! That's what Adrian did! He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated his excellent customer service! His coworker was nice too, but I didn't catch her name - a young lady with long brown hair - I could see that she was being helpful with her customers as well. Adrian kept helping me even though I know it was close to closing time, but he didn't try to rush me out the door or suggest that I come back the next day, so great job overall! Thanks! “I give it a 4 because I support small businesses. I also give it a 4 because the manager, I didn’t get his name, maybe isn’t a morning person. I understand mechanical issues can cause delays but using words like “did you expect me to magically know about the mechanical issues” isn’t very customer friendly then trying to make it seem like I am the problem isn’t okay. Anyway, I don’t take it personal, maybe he’s not a morning person or is having a bad day.”

“It’s always worth the 2 hour trip from MD to here when Victor is the one manning this branch. He is very efficient but I feel bad that he’s doing everything , from the Intake , to all the paperworks, even handling all the boxes etc.
He’s holding that whole operation together by himself everytime I go there and this is my fifth visit/shipment
Also, They’re finally accepting air cargo again! I came here two weeks ago & the lady working then was a bit inconsistent and honestly, a little dismissive. She said she couldn’t process air cargo and told me to come back when Victor was back
She also mentioned she wouldn’t even be open today, even though their site and posted schedule said otherwise. That ended up being a wasted 4-hour round trip! I even called multiple times in the days before driving there, but no one picked up.
The 4 stars are really for Mr. Victor, that man’s holding this place together and have shipped my packages successfully so please be patient when you go!”

“I’ve been using Parcel Plus for years and always appreciated the service and friendliness of everyone I encountered. But this past experience went so above and beyond that I had to write a review and thank Mozique in particular. I dropped off a package on Wednesday night to be mailed Priority for tracking bc I was mailing my son’s passport for his upcoming trip. On Friday morning, I went to pull up the tracking and it still said, “Awaiting Pickup”—what??! I called Parcel Plus in a panic worried it was still sitting there or worse lost/stolen. Mozique looked up my transaction and tracking and said he needed to investigate more and would call me back. Now I’m really panicking! He called about 20 min later to say he’d pulled up the security camera footage and saw that USPS had picked up my package but they must not have scanned it. Most people would then say, Not our fault, good luck! But Mozique said, I’m going to call USPS and find out what happened. Later that day, he called me back to say it was in Merrifield and that the tracking should update soon. I was relieved to know someone had found it in Merrifield but it was still frustrating that the tracking said “Awaiting pickup” as of Friday night! I paid extra for the tracking for a reason. The next morning before I even hit refresh on the tracking, Mozique called me to say the status had updated to “Out for Delivery” between 9 am and 1 pm. I was so thankful! He kept checking on the status and calling me with updates, which is way more than USPS or another packaging place would do. Thank you so much, Mozique! The Belle View Parcel Plus will have my business for as long as I live here!”

The hours were serviceable, convenient and plentiful. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes, I had a scheduled appointment for 10:00 a.m., and was walking out by 10:03 a.m. The gentleman working was very soft spoken, polite and courteous. Would recommend this location if you need fingerprints done. Enjoy!”
