“Nick was absolutely amazing!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. We had an awful experience at the Tyson UPS office and will never visit them again, Maple Ave has won our business. I had to do a set of fingerprints, and mail off 3 different documents. Nick explained the process of each one and verified each package for me, during verification I noticied one of my forms was incorrect. Nick waited for me to find the right form, assisted in printing it off, and getting my packages off safely with tracking. This is how it should be done! I feel confident that my packages are in good hands. Excellent customer service. Thanks Nick!”

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”

“This has been the best UPS Store I’ve used in the area based on multiple visits. Printing was always reasonably priced, and I could just email the label and they’d take care of it.
Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”

“Adrian was incredibly helpful with my complicated Amazon return yesterday. Amazon shipped me two items, one came in a box and the other came in a plastic bag - and Adrian was familiar with how Amazon returns work - and he was able to help me navigate the return so I could get it done. Taking care of business! That's what Adrian did! He was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I really appreciated his excellent customer service! His coworker was nice too, but I didn't catch her name - a young lady with long brown hair - I could see that she was being helpful with her customers as well. Adrian kept helping me even though I know it was close to closing time, but he didn't try to rush me out the door or suggest that I come back the next day, so great job overall! Thanks!
