“I was renewing my passport and needed a head shot and delivery to the passport processing center.UPS Store associate Mo ( i believe that was his name) was literally the best customer service i've ever received. he provided scissors, stapler and space to prepare my documents and i could not be happier with his service. he was the only associate in the store at the time i was there and had several customers in his service but he didn't crack under pressure. “I have used the international shipping service of this company since 2019 and I have nothing to complain about them. Every information about time, tax and instruction is being public and it’s easy to find online. Their price is totally unbeatable. It takes about 2-3 weeks to send the packages to the middle of Vietnam, and my packages are always in good condition. For the safety reason, I recommend receivers always check the package before opening it to make sure there is no one sneak on your stuff, especially your local shippers. I have met a little unhappy experience, but it was not a big deal. I know that problem can happen everywhere and it’s almost out of control of all international shipping companies. So, I’m still trust and happy with their service. Friendly, helpful and professional are what I want to say about their staffs.Highly recommend!”

“I was not home to sign for a package and tried to reroute it to my nearest FedEx location for pick up. I was told by customer service that it wouldn't be taken there until the next day. Normally that would be fine but I was going out of town the next day and the package was something I needed to take with me, so they told me if I was willing to drive to Alexandria to pick it up that someone can get it to me there if I arrived before 8p. We arrived at 7:20 (after a 40 minute drive) and the sign on the door said they closed at 6. Luckily there were some phone numbers on the window. John, the Senior Manager for this location, was the most kind and helpful person. He was able to get one of his employees, Marcellus, to come back and retrieve my package for me after hours. In a day and age where it's really easy to say no to a stranger, I'm extremely grateful for people like John and Marcellus for helping me out when they really didn't need to. Thank you to this FedEx for the best customer service I've received in awhile!”
