“I once had to consult an issue with the negative equity I had invested in the transition of my Lexus SUV hybrid vehicle, to a minivan more suitable for seven passengers since I had seven family members counting myself. I discovered that the refinance or car loan of the initial type would not cover the negative equity in my purchase that I had made recently at Let's Say... the Best Buy of the Corporate Consumer...CARMAX.I applied for a loan online at several Banks it all came back that they would require me to pay the negative equity off before they would initiate the incentivized low rate of 6% to 9% to 11% that I ran into in these applications.Throughout this process I had to apply first to the bank to be a member. Put money in the account with a minimum value of $20 to $25 and then, and then apply for a loan for a vehicle or as we say in this business of Investments,, an auto loan,,. I then rejoined the real world out of my vehicle that I recently purchased and went TO, two banks in my town. This was the first one. The staff was wonderful and told me after understanding my situation that they would not be able to fix me a new loan due to the negative equity as they could not Bank an investment greater than the value of the purchase price of the vehicle. Once again I ran into the same issue of the negative equity to be paid off.The next bank I went to aggressively pursued tricking me into opening an account despite it being a wonderful Institution, whole name, I will withhold as that 20$ brought me some cigarettes later on... so, I ran into what I might call a duplicitous actor and later, her Perferfectly Quaffed ? “I’ve had quite a few bad experiences at this location. For starters I scheduled multiple appts online and each time the person assigned to me was unavailable or in a meeting. So I had to be helped by someone else. Marcus ended up helping me both times. He was very friendly however there was some confusion with opening a new account for my child. I prefer the atlee road location. This location is closer to me tho which is why I gave them a try.”

In particular, personal banker Nathalie Kouchakjji and branch manager Paige Martin did everything possible to communicate with Wells Fargo escalation department to address our accounts to assist us towards a resolution.
