While they will price match for future sales, they wouldn’t match the price from the day before that got us into the store.”

“Ekin was very helpful and stayed one hour more after closing so I can pick out what I wanted and make sure everything was in stock. His knowledge was imperative in my choice making. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases.
The only issue I have is that they have a voicemail system but have no access to it so they will NOT get your messages. You have to go in person and they are very busy, under staffed. But, once they take care of you, they are very dedicated and superb!!”

“The best experience I've ever had with purchasing blinds. I was skeptical about not going to a showroom first like the old days before COVID. Turns out that was a waste of time I was doing in the past. Nathan had everything in his vehicle and knew absolutely everything about windows and blinds. He was a huge help. The removal of the old blinds and install of the new went great. I won't hesitate to call them in the future. BTW, I purchased the bottom up, top down cellular shades. Very nice!”

“I am a fan of Sleep Number. I had my last one for 20 years. It had a pillow top and gave me some of the best sleep. This recent purchase (P5) is my second. Since I wanted to test drive my mattress, I decided to visit The Sleep Number Store at Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Md. The sales staff were pleasant, patient and easy to work with. I had already done my research online and had decided on the P5. It’s reeeeeeally comfortable. I love it. It doesn’t have the pillow top like my old one but I am still getting a good nights sleep. For me it is very much worth the investment.”

“This is the best store to buy home decor, frames, crafts, sewing supplies, hobby items and more. I literally spend no less than one hour every time I visit the store. They always have the best collection of holiday items and gifts and the prices are unbelievable.
Christmas is always my favorite time to visit because of the holiday decorations they have available. You won’t find things like this anywhere else ?”
“This place is awesome! We love visiting to explore the wear house for unique and interesting pieces. We found two great finds (a lamp and end table time) last time we were there, which are perfect for our space. The table needed love and the Furniture Rescue team did such a great job we almost did recognize it when we picked it up. They are upcycling really cool things at a very reasonable price! We will definitely be back!”

“They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.”

“i had the most impressive experience at the Sterling, VA store. I needed to return a product, and I had thrown away the receipt. Laura, had such incredible patience with my situation. She tried multiple ways of locating my credit card. I led her on a wild goose chase, thinking I had bought it in the store, and as it turns out, I bought it online! “I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”
