He did not pressure us into buying anything. He let us check out all the beds and choose the one we were happy with. Initially, my wife had $800 for a bed as her gift, but the one she chose great for grandparents was way over budget. As Stanley made our purchase possible with store promotions and were focus helping us, he ensured other customers entering his store got help by getting and assigning his other associate to them right away. Seeing him trying to make sales, I transferred $1300 into my wife's card to let her to get her gift.”

“I had been having terrible back (upper and lower), hip and shoulder pain. I had a memory foam mattress that seemed to make the pain worse. I did some research and found I should be using a firmer bed with an egg crate topper. I went to the Original Mattress Factory knowing I could buy a mattress that I could flip and make last longer. Gerren was working that day and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me not only figure out what firmness I needed while also helping me to figure out what size foam topper I needed. He was very patient and I walked out of there knowing I did not waste my money like I did with the last mattress purchase. They delivered quickly and I can say I am sleeping the best I have in a long time. I'm also waking up without pain which is incredible. Thank you Gerren for your help.
