“Me and my wife have shopped at Havertys for about 25 years. Furniture always great, still have most of the furniture we bought 25 years ago in our family. Bought a Melbourne recliners sofa love seat 3 years ago. Having issues with the warranty company furniture losing its color or fading. So the sales consultant Leslie C said let me help you guys out. The general manager Alfredo G was in the store and they are going to replace the furniture no question ask . If that is not costumer focused I don't know what is. Thanks from a loyal costumer”

“The best part of our experience has been our sales associate, Will Joyner. He has been available for all of our questions and responds with accurate information in a timely manner. He has a great disposition and is genuinely glad to assist us.
Our delivery team was careful and professional and placed our Mira Swim Spa correctly on the cement slab provided. Our only complaint is the lack of assistance and information regarding the chemicals and care for our spa. We were given chemicals but were not prepared to start adding them to the water. We literally had to go to the internet to try and find out what to add and when. We are still not comfortable with the chemical process. A precise, printed sheet would be helpful!”

He suggested the perfect sofa/corner chaise set with ottoman that we fell in love with. Upon sitting we knew our search was over. Charlie provided exceptional customer service and made the process quick and painless. The couch showed up two days after the sale was complete. I’ve never gotten furniture so quickly! The delivery crew was even here 30 minutes before the delivery window started. Once they got here, everything was moved in and assembled within 20 minutes. We could not have had a better experience and will definitely be back whenever we need more furniture.”
“We purchased a Buffalo Trace barrel for my husband's office, and were able to stop by the store in person. The photos online are beautiful but they dont do seeing these pieces justice. The craftsmanship is beautiful and I love how they work to try to preserve the stamping on the barrel to bring authenticity to their work. The fire pit barrel is really cool, and I'm now obsessed with an Adirondack chair made out of barrel staves (had to google that ?) that they have. Would absolutely recommend!”

“The store is always clean and well organized. Even with constantly rotating inventory (furniture) employees take the time to make sure all rows are lined up and there are no empty spaces. We never really know exactly what we are looking for when we come in but the Newport News ReStore makes our search easier. The employees we’ve encountered in our previous purchases have all been helpful and kind. There was a gentleman this past Saturday that helped me when I asked about computer desk chairs. I’m sure we will continue to be repeat customers.”

She so wonderful and has a pleasant attitude. She does occasional small talk and is sweet so kind so if you have the pleasure of meeting her be nice ,and if it's welcomed, have a small chat.”
“Visited Tous les Jours -Grand Opening. Garlic cheese croissant was delish! Blueberry Cloud delectable and a tasty Matcha Latte helped to curb the risk of sugar coma! The presentation of selections was tantalizing. Trying to select from various confections was like walking through a museum of artwork. Difficult to take them all in with one visit. A happy ending with a pistachio french macaroon made the visit complete!”

“I was in target last week for over an hour and saw something I was quite impressed with. The glass display has lunch sandwiches and foods and pizza hut boxes and a worker came over and refreshed the pizza and other food with fresh new food. So many grocery stores and restaurants just leave the food under the lights forever and it tastes awful. Also I went there only for the sale on soda but the displays are so pretty and appealing I just went ahead and did all my grocery shopping there which I usually don't. The store is always super clean and doesn't have debris all over”
