“Was visiting the zGrafton Ace Hardware to pick up some double sided tape to reinstall some body side moulding on my 1983 5.0L Mustang convertible. The thing that is really fantastic in today's world, is that because they provide such a fantastic indoor staff to help, your visit goes quickly and they direct you to the product you need because of their vast knowledge. This kind of assistance is priceless. I feel that their prices are competitive. The store is also very well organized.

“Home Depot offers good products at competitive prices but be very careful if you use their delivery service. I took a day of vacation in order to be at home for a washer and dryer delivery. The store scheduled it and confirmed the delivery with a email. Delivery day rolls around and after waiting all day I call the 800 number. After finally getting to a person my order is checked. Oh, it’s not in stock and has not come in from the manufacturer. Whoa! It was right there in the store when we bought it! Then she tells me that the delivery had been cancelled. That’s nice to know. I asked when I was going to be told about the cancellation? She said she had just told me. She then went on to say that my delivery was now scheduled tentatively for ten days from now. I asked if she could clear that through my boss so I can be there when it comes. “So sorry darling. That’s your problem “. Never again!! Quick to take your money but too busy to call and let you know they are having a problem. Hello Lowes… I’m your new customer.”
