“We went into the store after viewing a particular chair online that we were interested in. The salesman was very helpful, but we are disappointed that the price the very next day was $100 more. While they will price match for future sales, they wouldn’t match the price from the day before that got us into the store.”

“This is the best store to buy home decor, frames, crafts, sewing supplies, hobby items and more. I literally spend no less than one hour every time I visit the store. They always have the best collection of holiday items and gifts and the prices are unbelievable.
Christmas is always my favorite time to visit because of the holiday decorations they have available. You won’t find things like this anywhere else ?”
“This place is awesome! We love visiting to explore the wear house for unique and interesting pieces. We found two great finds (a lamp and end table time) last time we were there, which are perfect for our space. The table needed love and the Furniture Rescue team did such a great job we almost did recognize it when we picked it up. They are upcycling really cool things at a very reasonable price! We will definitely be back!”

“If you’re looking for a furniture store that has a carefully curated selection of high quality leather sofas, this is the perfect place.They carried well known brands that are difficult to find in store, and many of their offerings are customizable. The staff is friendly and thankfully doesn’t hover. Because I have cats and don’t know how they react to leather, I opted to have a trial period with a cheaper sofa first. However, I will be coming back to purchase once I confirm my cats leave leather alone!”

“They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.”
“i had the most impressive experience at the Sterling, VA store. I needed to return a product, and I had thrown away the receipt. Laura, had such incredible patience with my situation. She tried multiple ways of locating my credit card. I led her on a wild goose chase, thinking I had bought it in the store, and as it turns out, I bought it online! She did finally find the transaction on the credit card I used. Appreciate the fact that she was determined to help me return this item. Very customer service oriented! Thank you very much Laura.”

“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”

Everything still elevated compared to HomeGoods. It was still fairly expensive and did the “compare to $xxxx” that other home good stores do.”

“Carpet Decor was used to update the floors for two levels of our home with very high quality LVP and carpet, as well as sanding/staining two staircases and sanding/paining the railings as well. Overall very satisfied with the quality of the work done and everyone who has visited since has commented on how much they love the updates made. Dawoud / David is highly trustworthy and very professional. Would definitely use again in the future and highly recommend for others as well.”
“After trying several tests at the store, Rene guided us and provided recommendations to select the best option for our first Sleep Number mattress. We had an amazing experience; his customer service was top-notch, and after three days with the product, there's no doubt it was the best choice. I recommend this store; you will not be disappointed. If you have back issues like me, you will understand. I am not sure what took me so long.
