“Staff was helpful with placing an order via phone. Annapolis store staff saved me from getting a sectional with fabric I would have hated as I had read the sample an ordered incorrect one. Sterling staff fixed the error for me. Only issue is advertising said 35% of and it ended up being only 32% which I still don’t understand.”
“They pack a lot of really nice high-quality furniture into this showroom. We worked with the store manager who helped us find the console table that had been eluding us for many months. She knew her stuff and even though we didn’t buy something off the floor she helped us find the right piece through a catalog they had. She was able to figure out our tastes really quickly and knew exactly what to recommend. You can certainly go to that much larger store up the road but if you’re looking for quality furniture and professional help, this is the place you really want to go to.”
“The sales rep. at lazy-boy was professional, he also made a no pressure sales experience. Unlike other stores, the sales rep. at Lazy Boy (the fairfax blvd. location) only introduced himself, gave a layout of the store, and pointed my wife and I in the direction of the sofas. He was very “hands off,” and only engaged when we asked him to. In the end, it was a great experience, and my wife purchased a new sofa and wall recliner with customized cushioning and fabric. Spent $3700 all in, and I promise you that this purchase was made due to the fact that the sales rep. was 100% professional.”

“This place is awesome! We love visiting to explore the wear house for unique and interesting pieces. We found two great finds (a lamp and end table time) last time we were there, which are perfect for our space. The table needed love and the Furniture Rescue team did such a great job we almost did recognize it when we picked it up. They are upcycling really cool things at a very reasonable price! We will definitely be back!”

“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”

“Had a lot of inventory! It’s just a pretty basic home goods. It’s got furniture, storage, bedding, carpets, and dog toys. Pretty much anything you need for home decor. If your looking for that sort of thing this is the place for you. It was also fairly well organized compared to other home goods I’ve visited.”

“Honestly kinda expected like a home goods esk store and I was very impressed with their selection! They had stuff I’ve never seen before, super unique furniture. Everything still elevated compared to HomeGoods. It was still fairly expensive and did the “compare to $xxxx” that other home good stores do.”

“Carpet Decor was used to update the floors for two levels of our home with very high quality LVP and carpet, as well as sanding/staining two staircases and sanding/paining the railings as well. Overall very satisfied with the quality of the work done and everyone who has visited since has commented on how much they love the updates made. Dawoud / David is highly trustworthy and very professional. Would definitely use again in the future and highly recommend for others as well.”

“Ross Dress For Less — is what it is. Looking for economy, looking for whatever you can find then this is the store for you. We went to the location in Chantilly VA. And they were not exactly the same. Staff was professional. However they left some of the clothing alarms beeping the entire time we were there.”
