“Very clean and secure facility. Breezeway makes it nice to unload and stay dry when it’s raining. Only complaint is the tight right turn from the security keypad. All in all a great storage facility for a reasonable price.”
“Storage units are storage units but the staff at life storage are top notch. They go out of their way to communicate with you and assist with questions or concerns. Once we left something outside our unit by accident and they picked it up and kept it in the office for us - and took the time to call us to tell us they had it.”
“I spoke to Tanya over the phone and she was so helpful, warm, and funny - describing all the features including the truck rental, sharing the unit prices clearly, and honestly predicted any question I could have. She didn’t rush me at all which I super appreciated. It was clear she knows the area, for anyone who is storing their stuff here from afar. I felt so taken care of!”

“Alex was amazing. My home had water intrusion and a storage this was a last minute need for my family. I had never rented a storage space and was concerned about hidden fees or being scammed like I had read and heard about from others. Alex talked me through everything, helped me stay on top of move out dates and when best to alert the staff of moving plans. They also reviewed if I needed extra dates what the rates would be so I was aware of all my the fees that would meet my needs. The facility was clean and safe. The prices are the best in town as well with none of that price increase a few times a year stuff the other places do. Really thankful to have a unit with them!”

“Great place to rent a U-Haul. My garage was full of junk and old furniture that I just needed to get out, I couldn't stand it anymore. Show up and my truck is out front waiting on me, full tank of gas. Ready to go. It was hype. I got all the junk out of my garage and now I can park my cars in there. 10/10 service too.”
“There was adequate space in the unit and it was very clean. The manager was very helpful and pleasant. She made the move easy and stress-free. However, I hope you guys address the temperature because it was close to 90 degrees in the facility when I moved my things in. That aside, I'm pleased.”

“I was very impressed with the support in reserving a 10X16 storage unit. I did so online and when I had questions I spoke to Doug (Manager) who was exceedingly helpful. When I arrived at the location to begin use of the unit and obtain keys Doug again was most helpful in showing me the unit as well as how to enter the building and my specific unit. I subsequently needed to lease an additional space. Once again Doug was exceedingly helpful. Highly recommend Doug and this franchise.”
