“This place gets a 4 for convenience. It's on the resort so you don't need to drive to Food Lion (the closest grocery store which is about 10 minutes away). The grocery section is pretty small but had everything I was looking for - sliced bread, fruit, vegetables, and milk. The price is roughly 2 times what you would expect to pay at Food Lion though - $5 for half a gallon of milk, $5 for a loaf of bread, etc. There's also an assortment of souvenirs if you're interested in that kind of thing, including a mini Build a Bear type machine (where you stuff the animal with cotton and pick out an outfit). Although we didn't go fishing at Massanutten, we did hear that you can buy fishing bait, a fishing license, and rent fishing gear here too. Apparently their lakes are stocked 8 times a year so there's always fish!”

“We found all types of nice gifts here to take back home to our friends and family. The prices were reasonable, and the young woman at the cash register took her time making sure to cover and rap our gifts so that when we got back home that each one was in perfect condition. It was a great experience here at The Market at Massanutten Resort!”
