“I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years and this is the best service i have received for any Wells Fargo. Zohal Sharif was excellent. I came as the bank was closing Zohal still took the time to address my questions. She asked me to come the following day and sheduled an appontment for us to meet to close this issue i was having. She promised to call me the morning of the appointment to confirm some information.
Zohal kept her word and she called me with accurate information (all documents i meeded to bring to resolve and close my issue).
I live in Falls church and wasnt able to resolve thos issue there. Zohal was able to pull it off…
She is amazing !!’”

“I went to capital one today highly stressed because the 1800 customer support could not provide me with a “bank verification letter” that my other bank was requiring for a bank to bank transfer. Miss RANIA assisted me today with a great amount of patience and was able to provide me with what I needed. Clean bank. Not a ton of foot traffic . Great staff . Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“On 10.18.2024, I walked into the branch for the 1st time. I was greeted with a big & warm smile from Kofi Marfo who pleasantly escorted me to the bank teller after telling him that I needed to get a certified check. The tellers, Monica & Maria were very sweet & helpful making the transaction very smooth. We actually all laughed together because I couldn’t remember my debit pin #.

Subsequently, I saw Kai & Kofi at the rep desk to change my address on file. Both of them were very sincere, warm & personable. Really appreciated meeting them. We had a lovely & enjoyable chat about our different cultural backgrounds which was heartwarming.

The employees here make you feel at home & like family. They are all so down to earth. I have visited various banks in many states over the years but this one is by far the best. Kai, Kofi, Monica & Maria are very gracious & more than willing to assist you with whatever your needs are. They are truly an asset to Chase: It has been a long time since I stepped into a bank branch but I will definitely come back to this one because they are special!”

“I came in and I got greeted immediately by the bankers. I told him about my problem and he even walked me to the teller and told the teller my problem so I didn't have to repeat myself. Mr. Mac (Muhamed) Amer and Mr. Alberto Vergaraiv took the needed time and explained all the details and answered to all of my questions, step by step.

Thank you very much for that.

Only 1 issue are disturbing, but it is a bank procedure, not related to the branches team:

As a non citizen, I can not initiate a new deposit (CD) via the app or online or via tell.
I must be present physically at the branch, which does no make sence while the bank does allow me to send funds outide of my account to any 3rd party via the app or email plus confirmation call(which is great methode).
I want to further send funds to my Private Client account but I am on long vacation so the next time I can visit the branch will be on few months and it is a waste of money just to have sums at the account and not in a CD with better interest.

“LOVE this store/branch/bank whatever they call it in TD land. They do cash savings bonds onsite, which is apparently rare and was frequently needed over the past few years. The staff is also very patient and kind, which helped with both elderly neighbors asking questions for using online and mobile banking as well as with my children depositing checks and getting used to atm and other banking items. Bank policies are bank policies, so I have to make sure everyone has the minimums in their accounts, but I have no real complaints. There are TD branches where my family lives up the NE coast, so this is great for our needs.”

“Customer service going from Suntrust to Truist has changed. With Suntrust, all my accounts were linked, I had automatic overdraft protection, and I could transfer money between my accounts with the app or online. When I had a more complicated question, the fastest route was to call the 800 line and get connected within 6 minutes. NOW, my accounts are not linked, overdraft protection is not automatic, and the text alerts I enabled on my account are not working. The 800 line is useless, should you have the fortitude to persevere on the phone for an hour to get connected to a person. The best recommendation for help from the 800 representatives is to go into the branch. I can't fathom the business decision to send people physically to the bank to get questions answered: it seems like that would be more costly for the bank than the call center option. I find it less convenient for me, since I have to make the trip and wait in the lobby to get help now, instead of being able to multi-task and get things done at my desk while I call in. The people at this branch are friendly, competent, and willing to help. Good branch, though I haven't found the time to go in and try to link my accounts, nor to address the overdraft, nor to address the text alerts. I went in to get my app working, in the brutal 2 weeks after the switchover when my accounts were not available. Seems silly to go to a bank to get your app working but that was what had to happen and it worked. The issues have arisen one by one since the bank has switched over, and solving the issues lags their appearance by more than a month, since I have to clear time during banker's hours to go to the bank, in order to re-secure a service that used to be automatic. The larger bank has changed, dramatically, and reduced its convenience.”

“I'm not sure which department is appropriate to send this note to. If this is incorrect, please forward my note to the right person.I am writing to commend Doris Re. My wife, Joy, has been a member of HFCU since around 1970 and we have never met an individual who has been so knowledgeable, attentive, responsive and courteous to our needs and questions as Ms. Re.Others have tried to help but have often had to transfer us to one or another more experienced person. When we reached Ms. Re, she not only was able to answer our questions immediately, or refer us to the appropriate person (who answered us right away), but made very educated suggestions about how to transfer some of our savings into accounts with better returns and do the actual transactions for us.I understand Ms. Re has been ill for a while. When we attempted to contact her and were unable, we felt very much at sea. When her health improved, she contacted us and took care of our requests right away.We hope she will be better soon and be able to continue for many more years with HFCUShe is so good and should have a well-deserved raise!Sincerely, Michael and Joy Greene”
