“Excellent service! Went there a couple of times in the past few weeks to get documents notarized. They have multiple notaries on site from 9 am through 6 pm (save for lunch break), which is rare. Costs $5 per signature.
Prompt, professional, and no fuss involved. Highly recommended!”

“I have to give this store 5-stars because everyone has been nothing short of exceptional! While the prices are a bit high, that’s to be expected for an on-campus service. I used summer storage both years as an undergrad and always received outstanding service—my boxes were delivered straight to my room, and any questions I had were answered promptly and helpfully. In addition, the staff—especially Dan—has always been incredibly helpful, whether it was guiding me through printing materials or assisting with returning Amazon items. Every time I’ve come in for help, I’ve been met with friendliness and efficiency.”

Ryan was very patient, answering all of my questions and providing helpful suggestions. “This is a great friendly neighborhood location. I had a concern about a package that kept being delayed so I stopped by this location just to ask a question about it and one of the employees named Neyda assisted the best she could and just her taking the time to hear my concern eased my mind and let me know the package should be there soon and explained the process of how sometimes things happen at the package facility or the drivers. Later that day my package did arrive like she assured me and i even had to call back to just thank her for the listening ear and great customer service.”

Every time, l'm greeted with a friendly smile and receive excellent service from the knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Whether it's shipping, printing, or getting signs and banners made for my social activities and business, I've always found great value at a fair price. The parking is super convenient with spaces available both in front and back of the branch, and the shopping center itself is fantastic. It's the perfect place to get everything done in one stop. Highly satisfied!”

“When I first visited this location, I walked away disappointed—and I wasn’t alone. The experience felt frustrating from start to finish: the staff seemed overwhelmed and disengaged, wait times were excessive even during off-peak hours, and the overall workflow felt chaotic and inefficient. Compared to other UPS stores I’ve used—where service is typically fast, courteous, and well-organized—this one stood out for all the wrong reasons.
Customer service at the time felt like an afterthought. There was little sense of urgency, and communication with customers was minimal. It didn’t inspire confidence, especially if you were relying on them for time-sensitive shipping or business logistics.
That said, I believe in giving credit when it’s due. On more recent visits, I’ve seen a clear and noticeable improvement. The staff now appears better trained and more attentive, the process at the counter moves more efficiently, and the energy of the store feels more professional. It’s a much smoother experience overall.
Whatever changes they’ve made - better staffing, or simply taking customer feedback seriously - it’s working. The store is now functioning at a level I’d expect from a UPS location, and it’s reassuring to see that kind of progress.
While my initial review reflected the problems at the time, I’m pleased to update it now to acknowledge the positive direction they’ve taken.”

“I've been here a few times now and the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. I had some packages to send off and I couldn't find a box for one of them. He was kind in offering to leave the box with him and he would take care of it for me. I even got a shipping notification later that evening. The "more" part of the store is accurate as aside from mailboxes and shipping items, you can play the lottery, use the computer, purchase snacks, greeting cards, and other random retail items.”
“Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. They also ALWAYS have a notary on hand which is priceless. Give them a try !”

“The young Asian man who did the visa photos for us was kindly asked which country and the size requirements, then quickly took the photos, then carefully trim the photos into the correct size, and emailed both of us. Although more expensive than CVS, $20/per person. The store is very small and full of packages all over the place.”
