“I recently went into United Bank in Mechanicsville and the Branch Manager, Kaiyden Dunn, offered to assist me. Much to my surprise, that the bank manager would offer to help me, rather than tell me to wait for a teller. It was an extremely satisfying experience. He was able to assist me and offer suggestions that were very helpful. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and service oriented. It is so nice to see that customers are still appreciated and customer service does still exist.”

“I have banked with Village Bank since it Merged with River City. We have multiple Accounts with Village Bank (Checking, Money Market, IRA & 2 Kids accounts). It’s easy to Transfer Money between the accounts and use the app to view all accounts. Anytime we have had any questions we have been pleased with the response. We love going to visit the Mechanicsville Branch and Amanda, Jenny, Carol & Leisa. Also, it's great seeing the employees out participating in Local events.”

“This is the first time I have been in this branch. I called prior to coming in and I was told the bankers were busy so after waiting 6 min I hung up and came in. I waited 30 min in line to send a wire transfer, since they had 3 tellers. A new person, a business teller and a drive thru teller. When I was finally at the counter the young man said you have to see a banker, last time I sent a wire it was done by a teller. He said I can make you an appointment but I said I needed it done so I waited another 10 min. When I sat down I was a bit annoyed honestly, but I was helped by Vanessa Withers the branch Manager and she was SO above and beyond nice. Her smile and positivity was contagious, so I quickly stopped feeling annoyed. Then as if it could not get better, I was running late to get documents notarized because of the wait but she is a notary and notarized my documents!!!! This ultimately saved me time and money, and was WAY more convenient than driving across town. I will definitely continue to bank at her bank location for all my future banking and financial needs. I hope Wells Fargo knows they are very lucky to have her running this location, because you can tell she loves what she does.”

“I'd just come in for a money order but their system was down. But Ms.Rachel talked to me to pass the time. && Even though I don’t have an account there (yet) she treated me so nicely! & of course she offered to set me up an acct during our talk, but I was short on time & needed to get to work. But tbh she has me sold. I'll absolutely be going back for that acct & switching banks all together. -- especially if it means the staff is this friendly! & Once the systems came back up, she got my money order FAST so I could get to work! I’ll definitely be back with my husband to get that account!
&& The other two ladies were great too, they seemed like a good team the way they worked together and their banter was hilarious. I definitely recommend this branch!!”
