“It's a small store but there are several around. Wonderful place to purchase new comic books every Wednesday. Lots of comic related books and items as well. Plenty of supplies available!”

“I loved this quaint and cozy book store - it had so many creative touches that the employees had added. Lovely collection of books, with personal reviews attached to the shelves from the employees. The girl at the register was super nice and helpful. We just happened to stumble across this shop when we lost our way to some place else, and it feels like we were meant to find it. Loved it, would visit again.”

“One of my favorite bookstores in Richmond, VA. Located in Carytown. This bookstore is two stories. They buy used books and even have a store cat! I Had lunch and drinks here Sunday, then walked over to see what new reads were in stock. I lucked up and found a book on my Amazon wishlist! A Review is coming soon”

“J Sargeant Reynolds has gown. Going in to register for one class and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need or where to get the answers, without running throughout the building. Security is there to assist with a smile as well. I like the atmosphere.”

“I have been buying books from this shop for twenty years. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The stock cannot be beaten in Americana, Literature, and History and this is an excellent place to find an uncommon book for a gift. The owner and his wife are exceptional people, who hosted me by appointment for a few hours. They offered to have me stay as long as I wanted until closing. They are now appointment only, due to the pandemic and their new location, as many similar booksellers have become. This should not be a deterrent! It is certainly worth arranging a trip!”

“A nice alternative to Barnes and Noble. When I first moved up here (pre covid) they seemed kinda expensive, but for what I buy their prices haven't gone up since, so now compared to the rest of the world they are affordable. Staff have been nice every time I've gone in. Their location changed, which I'm sure is confusing some folks because the old building still has the name up, so I've attached a picture of the front of the new building.”

“I go here at times when I can. It's smaller than past Christian book stores that hardly exist in the Richmond/ Henrico County area anymore. But it's quaint and personality with plenty of Bibles books gifts children's toy Antics Etc prices are reasonable. And it's the only - literally only Christian bookstore I know that exist in the Richmond Virginia Henrico County area but it's worth the trip. I think it's right across the parking lot from a local Kroger's grocery store. It's also beside Puritan Cleaners. It's worth checking out if you're in the area the cash register service is always personal and friendly. BTW this store has been around for 15-20 years and after all that time it is the only Christian bookstore standing.”

“Yesterday, I visited Aquarian, where I received exceptional assistance from Helen. She went out of her way to ensure I secured the best possible price for my item, even taking the extra step of contacting another location to confirm. The whole staff was exceptionally kind! The atmosphere is enchanting, and their inventory encompasses everything essential for practitioners of witchcraft or otherwise. If you’re looking for a metaphysical shop in Richmond, I 100% recommend this one!”

“A good barnes and noble store but short of selection. I wish they had many books of different historic figures but still a recommendation! It's close to me too.”

“Pretty good campus bookstore, I like hanging out in their cafe more than the library because it's usually more empty. However I'm usually not there long because of the time it closes. Very good book selection even though it's only about a 3rd of the store or less ? it's mostly clothes”

“Mr. Clark Albright, you made no purchase, harassed staff and customers, and interrupted private business feeling self-entitled. I hope charges are brought against you by BookHolders for your aggressive behavior for trespassing and harassment. Shop online so no one ever has to deal with you personally again.”
