“UPDATE: they have gained two starsSo many improvements.This is one of my favorite places to go to get a great wash. I’m even more excited that they are building a location right down the street from my new store and just blocks away from my home in Williamsburg Road.But let’s talk about what makes this place great. They really scrub your card down well even on the busy days. I wish they would get the rims better but no place is perfect.The car wash is soapy and the brushes are aligned properly so it doesn’t smack your mirrors close.The wait wasn’t long but I’m glad to have a two choices in the area. Although they have to compete with larger locations with additional features they remain affordable and the personal touch having someone there to prewash your car is even better. For just $4 dollars or the managers special at $23 you can’t find a better wash.I always opt for the managers special and pay monthly.I love that they loan you towels to dry down your truck and a bin to toss them in when done. Glass cleaner and air fresheners are included with your wash. The only thing I would like to see added is an air compressor to blow out the corners you can’t reach with the vacuum. The vacuums are so powerful they could probably lift your carpet up from the frame. ?Highly recommend!!![First Impressions:]It's unfortunate that is place is still under construction. I wanted the West End experience, but ended up with the come back in a few weeks and it will be better experience.I loved Rio car wash. When Go bought Rio and I saw this location on my way to work I was so excited. I am waiting patiently, but in the meantime here's what happened on my first visit.The guys that prewash your car had to prewash it again on my second time going in because the first wash barely cleaned the dust off the car. The brushes look thin and the soap look watered down. I pay for the manager special with the wax and extras, but none of these things appeared to be working this day. The grill on my vehicle is still dirty and spots all over my windshield because the blower is sketchy.Even going through twice the wheels were not shined and the tires looked dry. The spots from the rain from days prior mixed with the last of the pollen remained on my hood.After to speaking to the Assistant Manager she explained that they are replacing everything from hogwash and a lot of the brush are not working. Sigh. Ok ok, I will update you in two months to see how it goes.”
“This is exactly the kind of place I was hoping to find to clean my car. Using the sprayers and brushes yourself is way more effective than the drive through carwashes. This place is cheap and the sprayers are great. Highly recommend.”

“Friendly when I first called asking about the problem I was having. I night dropped it off. Someone was still there working after hours. He came out and spoke to us for a while (nice guy) assured us he could diagnose and fix. They were busy so it took two days for them to call with estimate. Seemed like a fair price. So we had them do the work. Turned out great.”
“I just signed up for a monthly subscription. After this first time, I’m pleased. The exterior was sparkly, mostly dry and those vacuums were perfect for getting up the errant leaves that got tracked in. I hope I don’t ever need reason to employ those mat washers but I know where I’m going if something spills. I’m hoping a subscription plan in addition to its close proximity to the house is enough reason to always have a clean car.I have to say I’ve somehow made it to adulthood and cannot recall a time that I’ve actually gone through a car wash and it was quite frightening. Every sensor in the car made it seem like we were on a collision course from every direction. I just hope it won’t scratch the car.With all that said, I plan to be back. “Great service, this is one of those places that deal with everyone as if their(including) Myself like Family. They tell you exactly what you can do, or need for your car and NOT what you wanna hear. So make sure you go show these Brothers some love. Black Optix Tint/Radio/alarms..etc. AND...Rely Tires!. Both on Midlothian turnpike. But Don't just take my word, go see and hear at either one of these shops for ya'self. Trust me..you too will be pleased with the services rendered. Much love to you All. ✊️✌️”
“It was my first time there, but not my last! I ended up spending the same amount I'd paid for a touch less wash, but as you might guess, the quality of the wash was leaps and bounds better. It's great that they have a dedicated wheel/tire cleaner. The equipment was in good shape, and instructions were straightforward to follow.”

“I had purchased a used vehicle for my daughter today and it needed to be cleaned out before I give it to her. I called around and everyone was booked or gave me 2 to 3 days to schedule a service, I called RVA auto detail, and they were prompt in setting up service that day and when I went back to pick up the vehicle, I was amazed at how excellent of a job they did on my car, it was immaculate and looked and smelled great, and the outside had a sparkling shine! I recommend any and everyone to get there car done with them, and the customer service was very professional.”

“The best car wash I've had so far! Never seen as many brushes or other devices at another car wash, lol. Took a little while to get from washing to drying, given the many treatments your car gets, but the result was so worth it! My car literally sparkled, including the bottom area, with the rims! The drying is with a brush of textiles and not just air, so that must have contributed to the shine. Totally recommend it!”

Lamont and the rest of the guys did and amazing job inside and out and it now looks fantastic! We brought a second family wagon that was in a similar state and they did a great job on that one too. The cost for each was very reasonable and the value for the work was outstanding. What a great family business and wonderful bunch of people.”
