“Very nice car wash!! Only thing I would suggest is better complimentary things such as, multiple attachments at the end of the vacuums, blow hoses, towels, and window cleaner. Otherwise, great car wash and affordable”
“I lost the cover my wiper blade. I showed up two days later to see if any may have found it. I must say that Shay went out of her way to assist me to find it. It took several trips back and forth, during the entire process she was patient and very helpful!! Thank you Shay!!”
“I had a great experience with my car detailing service! He came directly to me in Chesterfield, VA, which was incredibly convenient. He spent about two hours on my vehicle and was extremely thorough my car was spotless when he finished.
He was professional, friendly, took his time, and paid attention to all the little details. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and professional mobile car detailer. I’ll definitely be using him again!”
“I had a wonderful experience. Shoutout to Shamari at the Chester Flagstop Carwash near RVA Iron! Shamari provided super friendly, and top-quality service today. My car looks amazing! She noticed another employee was maintaining the drive thru which put me on pause however she stood by apologized for the wait and kept me company while i waited. thank you for taking such great care of your customers!”
“I had an amazing experience with Mr. Hoff Auto Detailing! He did outstanding work on my 2012 Jeep with his ceramic detailing, and it looks brand new! I was truly amazed at how it transformed my car. He took excellent care of my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process by sending pictures of his work. I really appreciated the extra touch of him providing a bottle of touch-up solution for any spot areas that might occur. The entire process was smooth, and Mr. Hoff's customer service was top-notch. He is kind, honest, efficient, and very reasonable with his pricing. I highly recommend him for any and all of your detailing needs!”
“The manager Will was such a great help!
I recently got a new vehicle and had a difficult time putting it into neutral ? and he came and helped with no judgment lol. Everytime I visit he’s very helpful!”

“I love flag stop it’s fast quick and convenient. And Shane at the kiosk really helped. He explained that I had unused point and rewards and help me claim the next 3 months free. Which I would have never used if he hadn’t taken the time to show me. So thank you. ☺”
“Went in to ask about getting a state inspection (waiting area was very clean). The advisor shared the process with me. I made an appt and dropped the car off the night before. They called the next day and informed me of inspection issues as well as some other maintenance items that should be completed. They provided me with a detailed printout of all items with fair pricing (they were not pushy at all).”

“Car wash was fast for 13$ , but did a decent job.
I was impressed on my first visit with moist towels and cleaners for windows and interior.
Also the vacuuming was great and non stop.
The assistants were so friendly and accommodating. And the facility was clean and safe. ???”
“The “Works” provides the outer clean my car needs. Then I go to work with the free vacuum for the inside. The accessory kit for only $5 is indispensable. The solution works well and the cloth is top quality. I should visit more often.”

“There is work and putting in Elliott work this man went far above and beyond my expectations. I normally used Tommy’s before but after this can’t ever go back. I thought my car was done for to be honest but look at this before and after. (Don’t have pics of before on the outside but was stained and definitely had stuck sap all over it) 100% recommend”
“Tyrone was working the wash, that man smiles all the time ( as do I) hes is a great asset. I was in business for 10 years and hes the kinda guy I like to have working for me. I hate going to a business and aint nobody smiling. God woke me up this am, lots of folks didnt make it. He knows.”
“Loved Tommy's Express Car Wash! Starting from the first encounter that I had with the young lady at the window, to the effectiveness of the wash, I was completely impressed, but then, there was another young lady who was attentive, friendly and helpful regarding anything I may have needed after the wash. Hands down all the reason I need to become a regular customer.”

“Lamont and his pops took my daughters filthy kids wagon and made it look showroom ready. Inside they removed all 3 rows is seats and cleaned every crevice. Did I mention they also had a dog?
Top quality work and care go into every job. The pride of workmanship came through talking to Lamont on the vehicle drop off.
A real addition our city.”

“Huge shoutout to Dominion Car Wash for being open 24/7. I drove from Newport News to Richmond Airport for a Turo drop‑off and needed a self‑wash ASAP — the front of my Jetta was covered in bugs. The bays were clean, the sprayers had good pressure, and everything worked smoothly. Perfect spot when you need a quick, reliable wash at any hour.”

“This business bent over backwards to quickly accommodate me, I had an emergency and special needs to get my car done fast. They worked tirelessly to make arrangements to take me the next day and perform specialized services on top of the steam cleaning. They did an excellent job! And they kept me informed as to the progress. They are truly a special and local business!Service: Steam cleaning”
“It's always pretty good. However, if there is a problem, it's no one on hand to assist you. You have to go online for everything, and you get no answer there !”
“While the quality of their express car wash is excellent, with multiple tiers of washes and a premium option that actually results in a clear visual improvement in shine and detail, the staff are very hit or miss. I've had pleasant experiences with genuinely nice staff members who are helpful and easy to talk to but also regrettable run ins with sleepy eyed staff who clearly want you ' out, right away'. When I have the patience to overlook that kind of unprofessionalism and indifference to customer satisfaction I choose Sams for the tap to pay simplicity of a quality car wash.”
“Wyatt was kind, patient, and answered all my questions thoroughly! He helped me pick the best wash for my new car even though I was apprehensive. Thanks so much, Wyatt!”

“Absolutely love this self-serve car wash! The bays are always clean, the pressure on the sprayers is perfect, and the soap and wax actually work great. The change machine and card reader make it super convenient, and everything is well lit even at night. Best spot in town to wash your car yourself.”
“William is the best. Came and cleaned my car in less than 24 hours on notice, did a very quick, easy and efficient job. Price was good too. Tell your friends about this!!! Businesses in 2025 don’t come around at this good of a deal anymore. Amazing work!”
