We walked in as ordinary civilians with an aging phone and vague intentions. We walked out with an upgrade, a case, a screen protector, and the unshakable confidence of people who had just completed a successful NASA mission.
Cindy was knowledgeable, hilarious, patient, and somehow managed to explain everything without making us feel like we had recently emerged from a cave. She handled the upgrade with surgical precision, selected the right protection like she was outfitting the phone for combat, and installed the screen protector so perfectly that I briefly questioned whether she had been trained by Swiss watchmakers.
At no point did we feel rushed, confused, pressured, or abandoned to wander the store holding a phone box and questioning our life choices.
Verizon, protect Cindy at all costs. Give her a raise, a cape, a reserved parking space, and possibly authority over the entire wireless industry.
Five stars are not enough. This was customer service worthy of a documentary, a commemorative plaque, and at least one national holiday.

“I often come to this Walmart when I am on this side of hull street. It's a bit run down and not as nice as the location in Hancock village. I like that they have a subway and an Aunty Anne's pretzel. The lines are usually long with only a few cashiers working, so I always end up going to self checkout.”
