Last evening I came into the store and indicated to Kevin that I was having a few problems with my phone accessing the internet while I was out of my house. Kevin assessed my phone and fixed my problem in about 10-15 minutes, while I waited. I truly hope corporate reads this evaluation because Kevin deserves a raise or a promotion.”
