“Mincz Tire is the only shop I let touch my vehicles. They are the best in the area if you’re looking for custom wheels and tires, a lift, or even OEM replacement tires. They don’t try to sell you on upgrades or things you don’t need either. Their mechanics are honest and trustworthy, I trust all my vehicles with them.”
“Not going to tell you what to buy or what not to buy but I am ASE certified in Coolant and oil recycling. The "recycled" anti freeze here is filtered with an old sock in the bottom of a rusty steel drum. The only thing recycled about it is when you put it in your car. Chesterfield auto parts is a wonderful place to get parts. That's about it. Don't bother walking in there with a story either because they canned the only guy that actually enjoyed talking to the customers. A bad employee isn't always a corrupt employee. Sometimes just being a jerk is what makes you a bad apple. And Chesterfield auto parts has an orchard of them. They will have this review removed most likely. But in reality if you stop buying antifreeze that would cause major issues because they have enough problems allocating the antifreeze every year as it is. The stuff is great if you're trying to test a radiator though. The antifreeze has its purpose but IT IS NOT "recycled" as they claim it to be. I went to school for that stuff I would know. Also if you were looking to make a documentary on OSHA violation's this place is an absolute gold mine for ya. The pictures and videos I have alone are violation worthy. There is also an employee at the Southside location that speaks EXTREMELY POORLY of I would say about 95% of the clientele as soon as they leave the sales floor. Will even go back on camera and show multiple employees and proceed to slander the people they are doing business with. Yes, this a person of authority. Still. A wonderful place to purchase used auto parts. 10/10”

“Last Sunday ,after church,I was going to put my wipers up before the expected snow storm but one wiper came off in my hand. It was the one that I had noticed didn't seem to work as smoothly but since it was only a few months old ,I didn't worry. I couldn't clip it back on so I drove up to my O'Reillys where one if the nice young men put them on when I bought them. A really nice fellow couldn't get it on either and he immediately said he would put a new set on under warrenty. Such great customer service is rare these days. I posted it on my Next Door as of two days later,it's been viewed almost two thousand times!”

Excellent customer service compared to "the other guys" who are closer to us 1) They updated us consistently us on the status of our car 2) Didn't "lose" our car when we dropped it off for servicing and arrived at the appointed time to pick it up 3) didn't present us with a $9100 bill with no warning - in fact their bill was a fifth of this (same issue - same repair) AND they kept us consistently updated and informed 4) repairs were done in a timely manner 5) complete customer courtesy, honesty and respect! “I want to say how impressed I am with Dee at the AutoZone store at 15930 Hull Street Rd. He went above and beyond to help me with my truck. My truck was not starting, he tested the battery and determined it was bad. He then helped us in the store purchase a battery, take the old one out and put the new one in. The truck still did not start but he didn't give up on us. It was the starter going bad. We worked together to get it started so at least I wouldn't have to get it towed. Thank you, Dee, for not just being an employee but being someone who helps others in their time of need. Thats is what it is all about!”

“They did a fantastic job putting together my car after an accident that wasn’t my fault. I had bought the car used and another repair shop didn’t want to work on it because of some damage from a prior accident even after me telling them I didn’t care about that. I just wanted the car looking good again. It had only sustained some front end damage, but was still fully driveable.
The team at Cardinal did quick and quality work to get my car up and running after the other body shop took over a month to tell me they couldn’t do anything. Can’t say enough about the quality work these guys do.
The team was also really nice. The owner even offered to cover a new grill on my car after insurance only approved a used one. Give these guys a shot if you need some body work done. You won’t be disappointed.”

“Since February my driver side mirror was mostly obliterated from an ice trunk falling off of an oncoming car I’ve been rocking a mirror made of mostly duct tape.
I finally took the time to order a new mirror and brought it to Smart fix auto painting where I discovered that my vehicle actually had a really unique paint color.
They made multiple attempts to try and match the paint and the job took a lot longer than anticipated, but do some communication and research they were able to get an almost exact match on the mirror.
Not only were they able to get a great match but they were able to do two separate finishes just like the original mirror had.
I just finished installing it myself even though they offered to do so and it looks great!

“I have purchased a used Honda Civic years ago, a new 2018 Escape and just this weekend, a 2023 Explorer. They also maintain my 2011 Explorer. I have had mainly good experiences in both Sales and Service. The Explorer I just bought, the Salesman Xaiver, talked me into a new 23 vs. a new 24 for a better interest rate, I really appreciate that. Made a huge difference in payments. The issue I had was they had a call out in Financial, so I spent hours, with my wife, waiting to finish the transaction. The Sales Manager did call to apologize and offered a tank of gas or a couple hats or t-shirts. Service I usually use Stephen if I can, he's pretty good at taking care of me. And my vehicles.”
