“I went to this branch around 3:30 on Christmas Eve Eve to get my auto loan check and deposit and check. As you probably would guess, it was pretty busy. But, let me tell you, once the security guard let me in, I met Ashley. The sweetest lady I have ever met at Navy Federal. She gave me the biggest smile and signed me in. She even came by to check on me and went to see how long it would take. What a difference she made. She even gave me the sweetest Merry Christmas also. Thank you Ashley. “I had to stop in here to deposit some money into a friends account. I don't have a suntrust account so I had to inconveniently use some of my lunch hour two days in a row to complete these transactions. Though I was annoyed by having to do this, my experience with the Suntrust employees on both occasions were very pleasant. In my head I was thinking had I had an account here, this wouldn't be my current situation. And like a physic, the representative asked me, "so why don't you have an account with us - if you did you wouldn't have to come into the branch." Just because she read my mind, I almost considered opening an account, but quickly remembered that my little short money wouldn't allow that. I told her, there's no need for me to have multiple bank accounts if I don't have the coins to fund it. We laughed, and she said, "ok, but if u ever decide to change your mind, we're here to help!"
