“The Banker "Mrs. Fadoua B. Velasco" is very friendly and kind. Because of my nationality the bank wanted me to work with her and send some documents to main office. She spent 4 and half hours for me and helped me to open a bank account. I appreciate for what she did to me. I am sure no banker would do that. Wish the best to her.”

“I went to this branch around 3:30 on Christmas Eve Eve to get my auto loan check and deposit and check. As you probably would guess, it was pretty busy. But, let me tell you, once the security guard let me in, I met Ashley. The sweetest lady I have ever met at Navy Federal. She gave me the biggest smile and signed me in. She even came by to check on me and went to see how long it would take. What a difference she made. She even gave me the sweetest Merry Christmas also. Thank you Ashley. Navy Federal should be blessed to have her.”
