“This place has been around since I was little. It's located off of Tidewater Drive next to Naas Bakery. There is generous parking & they are adhering to the Covid social distancing guidelines. It's a small store, but it has a lot to offer. We just went there the other day for bulbs, but they have all kinds of other hardware items. They make keys and cut glass too. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but it was 30 mins before closing time. Maybe they were just ready to go home. The store served its purpose for us, so I won't complain.”

When I checked out price was $25.00 more than last 2 times.. they sent me back to paint department and I was told it had been on sale for few weeks... Joseph honored the sales price... “After visiting Lansing Newport News (not a good experience), I was hesitant about driving to Norfolk, when I get there this lady (told me she was new) was trying to help me figure it out how many boxes do I need for the siding, she asked several co workers and seems no one really care about me as a customer until this other young lady stepped up and did all the maths for us, just WOW, she told me exactly how much siding and t-channels should I bought... I spent $1500 and I left with a smile. Then outside one of the guys helped me put all the stuff in the pickup truck. I definitely will be back but I will be asking for these ladies cause this is how you are supposed to take care of new customers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (The others workers there need to learn to work as a team!)”

Always used off the shelf from big box, but because I was doing a rift sawn white oak kitchen island, I felt like I needed to get the best quality I could. Yukon did not disappoint! I told them up front this was my first time with this type of project and ordering from a lumber yard and the guys there couldn’t have been more helpful.
