“Not enough stars! Our client advisor, Ahdy, was the most helpful and non pressure sales associate I have ever dealt with. We had been searching for a GV80 since the summer of 2025, and I had been to Genesis dealerships all over the DMV area, but we came back to Richmond because of the professionalism and desire to go above and beyond. After driving our GV80 home in June 2026, we heard a noise and took it back. Joe, the manager, rode with me and heard it as well. They gave me a loaner car and kept ours until it was rectified to everyone's satisfaction. The staff here goes FAR beyond what is just needed to make sure you are completely satisfied. We have already referred several friends to them. It's not just the Genesis, it's the staff. Thank you, Captain Ahdy!”

“My husband and I were very satisfied with our recent RAV 4 car buying experience at Haley Toyota off Hull Street. Amir Kefayati was our salesman. He was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He wasn’t “pushy” at all. He spent almost an hour going over the internal controls and “workings”, and helped set me up with my phone and the car’s computer system. The financial division was very flexible and friendly and helpful as well. Overall, we had a very good experience and we would recommend this company and Amir without reservations.”

“Johnny hooked it up! Needed rust spots fixed on my hood & rear hatch, plus a dent pulled out of my bumper. Johnny, true to his name, was less than half the cost quoted by both Dorn’s and Caliber. He only charged me for the hood and hatch, painted the bumper he fixed on his own, and buffed my headlights. Incredible value. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I put a 3.5 inch lift on my 2019 Silverado, I had an issue compressing the front springs due to equipment, I called and asked if they could help, they offered and even with a small task this was, I still felt like a priority and that they actually valued my time. I’m very pleased with these guys.”

“Mini of Richmond has wonderful cars. But most of all they have excellent service. They listen and listen again until they know what your car needs! My Mini Cooper pulled to the left and had an odd sounding noise! (Pretty vague, I admit). The service techs aligned my car perfectly, and balanced and rotated the tires. A few test drives during all this resulted in my car coming back to me like it was new! Thank you Mini Service for doing things right! Excellence is so valuable these days!”

“Midlothian BMW continues to be a good experience. I was ready to make a change on my BMW, and I was happy to see that Frank Sorenson & Balaji were both still there, as were many other familiar faces. It is helpful to work with people you know & who know you. I was pleased with the entire experience of trading in one car to buy another. They made the experience easy and convenient to me. I believe I had a fair trade in value, which is also important. I would recommend BMW Midlothian to anyone interested in the BMW brand. If your exact car configuration is not on the lot, just let them know. They can help you to find it or build it. Their goal is to please and to have you drive off in the exact car you want.”

“I just left the detail shop. I do not own my own business. I just like keeping my vehicle clean. The young lady showed me around, gave me her advice and answered all my questions. I couldn’t spend much, but I bought a few items that I am excited to use and I really enjoyed my time there. The place is meant for professional detailers, but I felt right at home. A lot of fun.”

“Needed some body work on my brand new truck after an old man side swiped me in DC. Saw the great reviews for Alvis and liked that they were an independently owned family business in Chesterfield for decades. The quote process was honest and friendly. They walked me through the parts needed and scheduled me quickly. It took a few days longer than expected and the only slight knock I have is a little better communication for delays. Picked up the truck and it looked amazing! I was worried since it was brand new, but they took care of as it was their own and I couldn’t be more thankful. Overall a great team of folks and great work. Meeting the owner (Amy) at pickup was a great experience! We will certainly use them from here on out.”

“I recently had autobody work done on my car, and the experience was outstanding. After comparing prices around the city, I found this shop offered some of the lowest rates and good quality! I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and it was ready by noon on Friday! The receptionist Lynn was welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the repair process and kept me informed throughout the entire experience, making it much less stressful. When I got my car back, I was amazed at the quality of the work. It looked as good as new! I highly recommend this autobody shop for their excellent service. I will definitely return for any future needs!”

“I have had to go to this NAPA location twice in the past year or so. It can be intimidating as a woman to walk into an auto parts store by yourself. Both times, they have been so helpful and kind. Great staff at this location! Thank you!!”
