“We brought a 2001 F-350 that had been stored outside on a farm at the river for the last 5 years. It was in rough shape and covered in mould. Lamont and the rest of the guys did and amazing job inside and out and it now looks fantastic! We brought a second family wagon that was in a similar state and they did a great job on that one too. The cost for each was very reasonable and the value for the work was outstanding. What a great family business and wonderful bunch of people.”
“I had purchased a used vehicle for my daughter today and it needed to be cleaned out before I give it to her. I called around and everyone was booked or gave me 2 to 3 days to schedule a service, I called RVA auto detail, and they were prompt in setting up service that day and when I went back to pick up the vehicle, I was amazed at how excellent of a job they did on my car, it was immaculate and looked and smelled great, and the outside had a sparkling shine! I recommend any and everyone to get there car done with them, and the customer service was very professional.”

“I just signed up for a monthly subscription. After this first time, I’m pleased. The exterior was sparkly, mostly dry and those vacuums were perfect for getting up the errant leaves that got tracked in. I hope I don’t ever need reason to employ those mat washers but I know where I’m going if something spills. I’m hoping a subscription plan in addition to its close proximity to the house is enough reason to always have a clean car.I have to say I’ve somehow made it to adulthood and cannot recall a time that I’ve actually gone through a car wash and it was quite frightening. Would have been nice to know of extra service not included up front instead of after I picked up vehicle, but overall I'm satisfied with finished product.”
“Had a lot of work on my car, rather custom stuff. Colin walked me through it very frankly and gave a quick, accurate estimate —and gave exactly what I asked. For a job half the cost of other shops, can't be beat. Took about 2 weeks about in line wit the estimate, but note I had quite a bit to do. Body work was great and not expensive, and Maaco worked with my by using parts that I provided, wish some shops don't necessarily like. Overall, I completely think it was worth it and mako is my go-to body/paint shop now. Hopefully not that Id need them again anytime soon!!”
