“I've had my boots for almost 5 years. Went in looking for no insoles and they took them. Clean them. Put new insoles in them. Replace the shoelaces gave me two different color. New shoelaces to take along with me and I was out in 15 minutes or less. Great service. Great people”

“There are a lot of choices here ! Price discounts vary from style to style but are generally good discounts. We spent a good hour plus here lol. When we went, later in the day, the staff was hard to find but we did find someone stocking, he was helpful. If you have a Skechers online account you can add points to that account with every purchase and gain rewards. The store is hard to find and is tucked away but worth the search !”

“I don't like this place. I keep spending money here. Actually, they are the best place to buy quality shoes for a decent price that I have found.
As far as the help, I've never had a problem with service. At times they are more helpful than at other times, but no different than any other store in the mall. It's always best to shop here when you know the store won't be so crowded.”
