“i didn’t even known they existed in this shopping center. i was headed to The UPS store much further away but stopped for a drink at Panera. i looked up and they were right there in the strip mall. not only did it save me time, but AJ the Owner and the woman working there were both so friendly. all the customers in the store were enjoying themselves and the conversation. we were even talking to each other. when did you feel like community in a store, nevermind a postal supply store where you usually go when rushing errands?

“Intelligent Office Tysons Corner truly is a BEAUTIFUL space! It's apparently one of, or the largest, coworking space in the entire USA and it's stunning. The meeting rooms and interior was beautiful, and there was plenty of available space. There were a lot of people there, which speaks volumes for the space as well. They offer a variety of reasonable options and packages. Christine has also been SO nice, helpful and communicative throughout the process too. Highly recommend!”

Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”

This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”

“Don't be fooled by the young employee's ! This location offers actual empathy and support when it feel's like things are going sideways ! We no longer will go to Fedex for our printing needs as the employee's here have been much more ethical and supportive when we've had varying requests. They also ALWAYS have a notary on hand which is priceless. Give them a try !”
