“i didn’t even known they existed in this shopping center. i was headed to The UPS store much further away but stopped for a drink at Panera. i looked up and they were right there in the strip mall. not only did it save me time, but AJ the Owner and the woman working there were both so friendly. all the customers in the store were enjoying themselves and the conversation. we were even talking to each other. when did you feel like community in a store, nevermind a postal supply store where you usually go when rushing errands?

Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”

“Some people really should not be allowed to leave reviews. I was unnecessarily worried after reading a few negative ones. I needed to get my fingerprints done and could choose between this location or the one across Route 50, so I came here because it was closer. There was no wait at all, and I was in and out in under five minutes. You walk in, tell them you are there for fingerprints, they check two forms of ID, and take your prints. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends because of how efficient the entire process was.”

I've worked in event planning for a long time, and I can safely say this is the best shipping company that I have worked with, and the only shipping company I will use from now on. Communication has been excellent, service has been super friendly, and when a different shipping company made a major mistake right before one of our biggest events of the year, the President of the company literally went above and beyond to help us get the issue resolved even though Northstar had already completed their part of the shipment.
