“Nick was absolutely amazing!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. We had an awful experience at the Tyson UPS office and will never visit them again, Maple Ave has won our business. I had to do a set of fingerprints, and mail off 3 different documents. Nick explained the process of each one and verified each package for me, during verification I noticied one of my forms was incorrect. Nick waited for me to find the right form, assisted in printing it off, and getting my packages off safely with tracking. This is how it should be done! I feel confident that my packages are in good hands. Excellent customer service. Thanks Nick!”

“After an hour at the Verizon store trying to return a router. Due to a system error they emailed me an ups label. I was about to pay out of pocket at UPS to box and send, but the owner said let me look at something. He found the QR code needed to where Verizon paid for everything. The owner went above and beyond after an abysmal hour long call with Verizon to return my equipment. Thank you!”

Ryan was very patient, answering all of my questions and providing helpful suggestions. Even though it’s in a busy location, there were usually enough employees working, so wait times stayed short and service moved quickly. Every time I went, including during peak hours, they handled the flow of customers really well. Overall, I’ve consistently had a good experience here.”

I've worked in event planning for a long time, and I can safely say this is the best shipping company that I have worked with, and the only shipping company I will use from now on. Communication has been excellent, service has been super friendly, and when a different shipping company made a major mistake right before one of our biggest events of the year, the President of the company literally went above and beyond to help us get the issue resolved even though Northstar had already completed their part of the shipment. “Excellent service, I came here for finger prints for a fieldprint appointment. I am convinced all these negative reviews are by people who came unprepared and are taking it out on this business because I had a wonderful experience as a first time customer. I was seen 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and the entire process took less than a few minutes. My technician was super friendly and had no trouble with the machine or taking my fingerprints. Just make sure to have your QR code, your photo ID and a valid credit card and you’re all set. I will definitely come back in the future for services and recommend this location!”

“I went to this store because they've done a good job with earlier print requests when my printer wasn't up to them. This time, I had a large job in 3 pdfs on my phone, and Nicky was trying to help me when the e-mails with the pdfs kept repeating 'couldn't send'. She did NOT stop trying to find a solution - was also very helpful about choices of format - and when eventually it just seemed like nothing was going to fix this and it appeared that my WiFi connection was a problem, she suggested leaving the store and trying from farther away. I did that, it worked, and when I came back into the store she was doing a big 'yaaay', which all made me feel like she was really invested in solving my problem (thank you, Nicky).”
