“Since 2019 we have spent so much time, money and energy trying to find the right combination of sleek design in a recliner. Our first experience was with a Canadian manufacturer and 2.5 years later, the seat cushion began to sag started. After several hours of back and forth, their only suggestion was for us to ship the two recliners back to their factory in Montreal. Needless to say, that was an expense that we were not going to entertain. We were re-enacting the Goldie Locks theory and Anthony spent a lot of time answering questions and explaining the difference between the competition in the “Reclining World”. He is very knowledgeable and didn’t hover and left us to make our decisions.”

“I recently visited Mattress Warehouse of Springfield Square store, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Mr. Birama (store representative) and immediately felt at ease. The store had a very nice selection of mattresses—different firmness levels, materials, and price ranges—making it easy to explore various options without feeling limited. Everything was organized, clean, and displayed in a way that encouraged comfortable browsing.
What truly made the visit stand out was the outstanding customer service. Mr. Birama was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to understand my sleep preferences, any back or comfort issues I had, and what I was hoping to improve by purchasing a new mattress. Instead of rushing me or pushing a sale, he encouraged me to try several models, answering every question with clarity and genuine care.
His patience was especially appreciated, as I tend to take time before making big decisions. Not once did I feel pressured or overwhelmed. He walked me through each feature, explaining differences in materials, warranties, and expected longevity.
By the end of my visit, I purchased the Sealy Posturepedic® Elite Brenham II Hybrid Firm Mattress with an ergo base.
This level of service is rare, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and truly exceptional customer support.”

“Wish I found this place 15 years ago when I moved to NOVA. Tremendous service from literally everyone I dealt with. Purchased patio furniture and ended up getting an Amish desk as well. Gave me a discount on the floor model to avoid a long production timeline--and when it arrived it looked literally brand new. Delivery was easy and they don't nickel and dime you. No pressure when you show up at the storeroom either. I'll likely never return to the big-chain retailers out there, these guys are the best!”

“Colonial Hardwoods is perfect for the individual who wants real wood for their projects! I can’t say enough good things about this business.
I struggled for a few weeks to find a supplier of natural hardwood that sold direct to individuals, rather than just contractors.
The big retailers like Home Depot and Lowe's sell veneers, but I wanted 100% hardwood to use as a desktop.
I gave Colonial Hardwoods my specs, and they did the rest. The pictures speak for themselves.
It’s a shame that Google’s algorithms bury this company under the big retailers.
This company is perfect for individuals who know what they want and don’t want to be limited to the generic options offered by the big suppliers.”

I needed to furnish my son’s whole apartment and needed everything delivered in less than 24 hours. She was patient and helped find everything he needed. The finished product looked great, while I bought mostly new items. They had many used reasonably priced items as well. The delivery drivers arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. They were very careful not to bang into walls and put everything where it’s would go, so I didn’t have to move heavy pieces. I strongly recommend CORT.”
