Second, he had on sunglasses which is very unusual inside a retail store. Third I will definitely tell everyone that I can to stay away from Metro PCs. And that unprofessional man. I work from home so my services could not be off. I had been on the phone all morning for hours trying to get my bill fixed with zero resolve. Finally I took a chance and called back on my lunch break and got the amazing Becky (employee # 83054) In less than 5 minutes she fixed my issue and gave me the credit I was owed an then some. I wish I could give her a raise or promotion or paid day off or something! She never told me no. She did not give me the run around. Actually while I’m spilling my life story frustrated and rambling about the bill she fixed it and continued to patiently listen before even telling me all was taken care of. I cried. Literally. This is what customer service is all about. She is the sole reason why I will remain a cox customer. Becky, thank you!”
