“Saturday, August 10, 2024, I had a phone problem, went in and it ended in purchasing a new phone. The whole process of start to end with Zahidullah was exceptionally amazing, rating him at a 10+ . Answered my questions, educated me on my phones.
I have been there in the past & another older gentleman was amazing with knowledge also -- I will always give them my business - and I highly recommend to come here -

“One of our phones had a broke screen. I scheduled an appointment to fix the screen. I brought it in and discussed with the clerk for the time frame to have the screen repaired. We were given a time and returned just before the completion time and the phone was ready.”

“This store was great.
I was having technical problems with my phone. My husband and I went in and Brigit was very fast, efficient and friendly. Problem fixed....when we got home my phone lost network connection again, so back we went to the store. The manager did a few quick resets and explained if that doesn't work call 611 and option 3 for tech support....sure enough we got home same problem. After talking to tech support it was the phone. I'm sure you see where this is going....we went back to the store for a 3rd time this time Zoe helped us and we left my new phone.

“I’m just dropping in to let you guys know how great Johnnie and Melissa were. I went in yesterday so frustrated because my phone was shattered into pieces and I had cricket and they were just give me a run around, and knocking me across the head with a price. My relationship with boost started off with a simple phone call confirming the location. Because the first boost mobile and I went inside was just a location where they accept boost mobile purchases. Then I called back and spoke with Melissa and she was so pleasant and so informative of all my questions. She did not get frustrated with me even though I was frustrated. I walked in and was greeted by the most Pleasant to people ever and to be honest use when you go on the phone companies is a whole bunch of teenagers that don’t wanna do the job. These two were boost mobile power houses the way to their energy just down off of each other and so helpful. It was intentions to purchase only one phone and transfer my lines over but they were so good I end up purchasing three phones all because Johnnie was so informative and professional he is the ideal manager . I feel great about my purchases and I didn’t feel pressured or haggled they are amazing.”
