CPR Cell Phone Repair was the identified repair shop, and once they received my confirmation code, my repair was complete in 1.5 hrs. Phone looks like new...as expected, but this was absolutely hassle-free. Professional and friendly tech.SUPER HONEST...I pre-purchased a screen protector, but there happened to be one included in the repair kit. The tech could have simply said nothing, BUT he game me the option to keep the stock one or install the upgrade...He restocked the SS to retail with no hard selling on anything, really happy!
