“I had a Decked Cargo Glide ordered to be placed on my Decked Drawer System, along with a Leer Truck Cap, on my 2024 F-150. I was told it would take about 8 weeks to receive after it was ordered. Six weeks later, I got a call telling me to bring my truck in to get them installed.
I dropped the truck off the night before the appointment. The next afternoon, I was called and informed that Decked had sent the wrong rails; it was not a problem. The gentlemen went out of their way to apologize and make it right. When the correct rails arrived, they stopped everything to finish the installation, which took less than 2 hours.
In my mind, everything went well since, as a disabled veteran, it would be impossible for me to do the work myself and it was completed two weeks ahead of time. The quality of the work was exceptional. I plan to go back to Leonard’s Truck Outfitters for some additional equipment for my truck and would recommend anyone who needs anything they carry to shop their Portsmouth, VA store.”

We stopped here on our way to Outer Banks as inexperienced RVers ?(borrowing a friend’s camper and helping do some repairs on it) and we got excellent help from Steve G to get some parts we knew needed replacing.Seems hard to find great customer service these days and this was an AWESOME experience.I bit out of our way, but we would gladly go out of our way again if needed.”

The store was very well stocked had a variety of choices in everything I needed. The two associates were both experts and were able to help me figure out what I should get for my car. Mariah even took a lot of time to help me set up my new seat covers because I was struggling to get them on. I know many others who also come to this location and are always given excellent service. “Juan has gone above and beyond to help us get our Honda Accord Ex back on the road. Car went in for a blown head gasket, we ended up ordering another motor with 87000 miles and a 6 month warranty which we thought was pretty good. It's taking a little longer than expected to get the car back, but I agree with the owner when he said I would rather have it take a little more time so I know it's done right. Juan even said he would fix a few other things for free, which helps us alot. He even through in a few surprises and I was def. Surprised at the work I've seen so far. “Asked for Turn Signal Lights for a 2001 Toyota 4 Runner the Guy gives me Turn Signals for a Ford Truck I'm like wth he even looked it up and he told me that's the number on the pack to say I need each time ? but they didn't fit my 4 Runner so surely check what ya ask for before buying now I got to go back and return the lights more time out my day.. “I went in for a replacement battery for my key fob and to find out my key fob was malfunctioning because it had water on the inside. They advise me to take it home and dry it out with a hair dryer. I did exactly what they asked me to do And it made my key fob work again. Thanks O’Reilly crew.”
