“The best management and service!!
As it was my first time going early in the morning at this branch even before they opened. I found manager Ms. Shamail Ahmadi to be absolutely incredible. She was on it from the minute the doors opened greeting all the staff and the customers that walked in with a massive smile to create an outstanding atmosphere and keeping the whole branch running smoothly. What a manager and warm personality. I also want to mention Ms. Alicia, she helped me after, was brilliant with my task and finished efficiently. An outstanding team that this branch has been given and you can tell it’s a great managemnet on top of things. Thank you Ms.Shamail.”

“My experience with Marian who handle my case was smooth and she is a real champ who made the process easy and even better than expected.
I was a little anxious because I didn't know what to expect but fortunately I had Marian to save the day.
In addition I was in and out in about 20 mins because I had a genuine person who listened and could see I needed help.
Hopefully upper management will read this review does something good for her career like a promotion or letter of commendation because she made my life much easier that day.”

“I came in this morning frantic, but hopeful that you guys would be able to assist. I had recently moved and didn’t change my address in time for the statements to reflect it. I suddenly need to fly and had to fast track my REAL ID process and needed it. Even though Apple didn't have a way of changing the address on the statements, the woman at the front counter (I wish I got a name) on July 31st went out of her way to find a document that reflected my address, stamped and signed it herself in hopes that DMV would accept that rather than my statement. She didn’t have to, and simply could’ve said it was impossible. But it was accepted at the DMV BECAUSE of her going the extra mile to stamp and sign it, assuring them that the address was correct. I’m very thankful for this woman, thankful she took time with me and gave me best wishes, and hope she’s able to see this note, as calling was a bit of a hassle through the system lol. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, truly. Your customer service was above and beyond.”

I came to this location and was helped by Sandra who cared for our concern and referred me to the Manager Antony Bonilla. He took urgency on our request and demonstrated care for our issue. He solved our issue and took care of everything immediately. Both demonstrated resolve and expertise I appreciate their help and hope they get recognized. Unfortunately not all branches have people of their caliber working at their bank.”
