“The best management and service!! As it was my first time going early in the morning at this branch even before they opened. I found manager Ms. Shamail Ahmadi to be absolutely incredible. She was on it from the minute the doors opened greeting all the staff and the customers that walked in with a massive smile to create an outstanding atmosphere and keeping the whole branch running smoothly. What a manager and warm personality. I also want to mention Ms. Alicia, she helped me after, was brilliant with my task and finished efficiently. I requested to meet with the manager to assist with the request. I waited over an hour to meet with the manager. I was not asking for “magic” that’s not a statement I want to hear from a professional. Just needed a notice to be placed in the account for funds to be released to that organization at the time it’s requested. The manager was able to help, she was understanding and knowledgeable.”
