Cool staff, organized & stocked, clean & tidy. Generally not too busy either. The 7/11 itself is not open 24 hours as listed on Google, but the gas pumps are available anytime. The store generally closes around midnight in my experience. Air pump, vacuum, and car wash are available.

NOT open 24hrs and really annoying to make a late night store run, only to find it closed.
