βThis is the place to go if you own an older (1987) home that occasionally requires plumbing replacement parts. With minimal plumbing skills, I have been able to fix an assortment plumbing issues from squirting water, dripping shower heads, broken toilet handles, etc. The biggest obstacle I had was locating the parts until I found Richmond Plumbing Specialties. They are my go to place for spot on customer service and parts.β

βNot only did Pleasants have the obscure sized nut that Lowe's didn't carry, but John rethreaded it on my old bolt and only charged me the price of the nut, 85 cents! So kind. So helpful. Thank you!β
βI don't know how much I can really say here. Experience was pleasant, staff was friendly and accommodating with what I needed. Main gripe was the layout isn't really intuitive and what I was looking for should have been somewhere else/combined in another aisle. For a store such as this the setting was clean, esp. the bathroom.β

βStore is usually well stocked. Great sales and day to day price point. Seems understaffed sometimes as there is rarely anyone on the floor to help find things or answer questions. However, when staff is available they are friendly & will assist. Decent parking. Inside a small strip mall.β

My husband and I visited this location on the way home (Raleigh, NC) from DC, and Catherine was so knowledgeable and helpful that we have been in constant communication with her ever since. She has been patient with us as we waited for our house to sell, and we have had many phone and e-mail discussions about different furniture options for our new home. She even overnighted us many fabric options for the sofa, armchair, and bed that we chose! We finally placed our order, and she made the entire process seamless! I appreciate her attention to detail, and prompt communication. RH furniture is beautiful and high quality, but itβs the great customer service that really sets this interior design company apart from others. Additionally, we greatly appreciate the ability to push out deliveries by up to 90 days, as well as the one-time delivery fee per order, and the true βwhite gloveβ delivery experience. βCheapest place to get a key made. Unlike the kiosk that costs 10 bucks to ship your key later on, you will leave with your copy right then! Makes much more sense if you ask me.β
βEverybody knows Louis has everything at least for construction they have a lot more nuts and bolts and stuff then Home Depot does Home Depot is better for plumbing Lowe's is better for lawn mower parts and I think appliances but you couldn't get anything done if it wasn't for a Lowe's or Home Depot it's just the way it is but you've always been considerate they've always been very helpful and where else you going to go to get that kind of lumber but that's just my opinionβ

βFriday afternoon at 3pmβI was in desperate need of help identifying new conveyor chains for a machine in our manufacturing plant, and came to Grainger because I was in need of help identifiying the most accurate replacement parts. I am new to my industry and only had a few clues to guide me. Tiana sat right down to her computer and got swiftly to work helping me in my search. We spent nearly 45 minutes comparing my photos to their stock and identifying the appropriate chain links. Tiana was so kind and patient with me, and worked with me to find items that would be available for pickup by Monday. I am grateful for the attention she afforded me in my search, and I want to share this stellar review because it is rare to find folks who are willing to take on a challenge these days, and to do it with a smile and a laugh is even harder to come by.
