“Awesome customer service and lumber. This was my first time buying from them for a small project. Way better lumber than you get from a big box store. Yeah, it's slightly more expensive but the quality difference is apparent.
I didn't get a chance to check my delivery until a few days later and noticed it was missing the plywood I ordered - I called in the morning and they delivered it same day! I'll be buying from them again.”
“Extremely helpful and likable staff. The gentleman who is at the cashier stand when I walked in was both pleasant, pardon the pun, and positive. The manager, Sierra, who is at the back of the store was equally if not more positive and pleasant. Not only did she assist me with locating an item but also assisted me with finding the exact items I needed from the available selection, allowed me to use their measuring tools to confirm I was obtaining the correct item, and did all of this in a way that made me feel extremely welcomed and valued as a customer. I cannot speak highly enough about this experience and additionally all experiences previous were also very very good. If they had as wide of a selection as the big box store down the road, I would be shopping at pleasants exclusively just for the customer service.”

“Friday afternoon at 3pm—I was in desperate need of help identifying new conveyor chains for a machine in our manufacturing plant, and came to Grainger because I was in need of help identifiying the most accurate replacement parts. I am new to my industry and only had a few clues to guide me. Tiana sat right down to her computer and got swiftly to work helping me in my search. We spent nearly 45 minutes comparing my photos to their stock and identifying the appropriate chain links. Tiana was so kind and patient with me, and worked with me to find items that would be available for pickup by Monday. I am grateful for the attention she afforded me in my search, and I want to share this stellar review because it is rare to find folks who are willing to take on a challenge these days, and to do it with a smile and a laugh is even harder to come by. Anyone who regularly works with distributors knows that customer service isn’t always great, even from reps. But that’s definitely not the case here. Brian’s effort and professionalism truly stand out and make a noticeable difference. He’s enthusiastic about helping and it shows, whereas many others make it seem like a chore. Because of that, I now make an effort to buy from here over competitors whenever possible.

“Whenever I need plants or gardening items, I check here first. Their prices are very reasonable and most of the time, their plants are in really good shape. They have a good selection of plants as well as foods and fertilizers. I've gotten so many plants from them that have just flourished! The only downside is that it depends on the staff on duty as to how much they know and are able to help you with the plants. If I want something and they don't have it, I've had employees at this location take the time to help me go to the website and find it, then figure out free shipping. When my mom wanted an item and the website said they had a lot in stock but we only saw the floor model, a few employees went out of their way to go looking in the back in the unpacked delivery. They found a bunch of them and brought them all out to us! Now we have a nice wood cooler for the summer. The staff at this location are very nice, their selection is really good, and they take really good care of the plants. This is my favorite home Depot, locally, and it's not just because it's right across the street from my neighborhood.”
“Great service and good prices. Staff is very helpful especially when donating unlike other donation/thrift stores where you're lucky to get an eye roll at best when dropping off items. Definitely my go to for donations and furniture is generally a better quality.”

We were inside and he took me all the way outside to the garden department right to the lava rock. He went and got me a cart.
