I had a very urgent matter and left a message and she got back to me and handled the situation within minutes went above and beyond Great Customer Service kind caring very understanding and at the same time was very thorough and verifying my identity and doing her job plus going above and beyond I really appreciate you very much and your Great Customer Service also considering it’s a holiday weekend I have nothing but great things to say about this location from the time I rented with the manager and my interaction with the assistant manager when I transferred from EXTRA Space STORAGE to Public Storage. I know the property is nothing fancy but I don’t need fancy. I just need a affordability and security and storing my belongings and that is what this place does they have the best customer service, very accommodating, always kind and go above and beyond in help with any sort of situation. I highly recommend this property.

“The team that came to our home were terrific, they were polite, helpful, explained everything to us and worked extremely hard to get everything wrapped safely and securely in an efficient manner. We had very steep stairs to climb , which were quite awkward to say the least, especially the bigger items. It was also a pretty warm day ,so very hot work. I would like to thank them all for a job well done.”
“The move in process was very smooth. The lock and a pamphlet on the insurance was already in the unit when we arrived. I had a question before move in and the young lady was very helpful (on the phone). I did not have to into the office for anything so I cannot comment on that but I will say that the fact that I did not have to go in there for anything speak volumes about the customer service as they were prepared for my move in.”

When we initially rented the unit, another company was operating the facility, but the transition was made easy for us and required minimal effort, which we loved. Everything in the unit was in perfect condition a year later! We also really appreciate the customer care at this location. Joe was flexible and responsive in scheduling the move to meet our timeline. Purcell led the moving team of awesome and careful gentlemen, Anthony, Tyrone, and Brad. They hustled for nine hours on one of the hottest days of the year, taking good care of fragile items and freshly painted walls. These are my go-to guys.”
